April 14 2012 Let us pray that the rain does not ruin Private Probation Services Tammy Berg Neumann's petting zoo that she having over on their hill.  I wonder if the children of all her clients who are paying for her new outdoor kitchen are invited? We were going to see if we could get Frank our helicopter friend to fly us over so we could shere in the fun though since the weather sucks today and we really don't have a couple of grand to blow we will not be able to bring you aerial coverage.  The April Bulletin is at the printer and in an effort to save you money and keep our ad prices low the Bulletin can always wait.

America has been raped, robbed, pillaged and plunder and the sad thing about is that 1 out of a 1,000 can even comprehend what the hell has happened to this once great land.  The reality of America will literally be revealed in 1 hour. The Federal Government has become the beast and it's feeds the little devils on the local level with grant's of their funny money. As we come up on the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, the ship that GOD couldn't even sink, is the SS. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA about to sink? You can bet your cash and ass that the end is no longer near it is here in America RIGHT NOW. If we don't act now in the Fall you will not recognize America. People you got to get on your feet and off your knees and stand up to the Communist who are taking this Country over. If they control the vote and I have to really think they do, though I want to believe that we can vote them out, there is no hope for a peaceful solution to this problem. Those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable, JFK they killed him about 10 days later. The great news is that we just get the people out. In the April election only 1 out 10 bothered to show up. In Bourbon we gave it all we got to get Larry elected Mayor. God Bless Leonard but he has broken so many laws and basic ethical violations that I lost count.Though some how 132 people in town have no problem with him ripping them off and putting them and their kids on the hook to pay for something that they didn't have too before. He used his inside information to form a non-profit right before he became Mayor. This Corporation then bought the property instead of the City who had been planning on buying it since it became available in 2001.  Just for your information this property was not even advertised for bid. The most valuable piece of property in town and not even put up for bid? You see why this Country is going down? The good news about the Bourbon election is was a good test and we learned so much. We just got to get up and organize. The ruling class and their deluded friends and family is less than 7% of the general public. All we got to do is get 10% to get up and go vote next time. In Jeffco that red Bulletin was the talk of Hellsboro. Judge Bouchard has gotten worse and is in denial. He really should seek professional help is there not one Judge in Jefferson County who would please get him some help and take him  down to Farmington. Bulletinman was committed back in 2006 back Judge SCHULLER God love him for 13 days. I hated to leave they sent me to the jail in Fredericktown for the night and then RANDY SCHULLER actually set bond and I was back in the Twin Cities by supper time thanks to NORA and JUNKIE. That is one of the reasons why I will see that Judge BOUCHARD is removed from the bench. He is Ma Shuga, CRAZY...He also kicked Granny out of her house on Nation wide radio back in 09 and kicked Brother Grant out of his house and the people who foreclosed didn't even own the note. JUDGE BOUCHARD has evicted many home-owners who were defrauded by not only the bank but the Court as well. He has got to go for the sake of his health and the others who wear the black robe. There is no honor in the Court anymore.  He is the first of many if they all don't get the revelation that some of the slaves have been learning to read and are well armed. They are being pushed to the point of desperation by a down right criminal racketering enterprise that is on going in not only the 23rd snd 42nd Circuit but through-out Missouri and the whole USSA. When people lose it all that is when they lose it and people everyday are losing it all. Examples have got to be made of Officers of the Court who abuse their positions of Public Trust to enrich their friends at the expense of the poor, widow and fatherless. This whole PPS scam has got to stop. The word on the sunny side of Hellsboro is that the County is looking into the County Probation Office. Tammy who we hear now has 5 motorcycles, a loft in St. Louis and is buying up property left and right is making millions off of the people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol which you can get at any LICENSED by the STATE location. I'm of the school of thought if you didn't actually harm someone than you are not the criminal. The one who is causing provable personal injury loss and harm is the one wearing the badge and suit getting paid by tax dollars extorted out of a wizard of OZ public who still thinks they are in Kansas. The America people you gotta love em, I'm afraid are the most gullible naive people on the face of the planet. They just simply don't think, they are STRAW MEN if they only had a brain. Now the beauty of this Beast of a government that we currently enjoy in the land of fee and home of slave.  Is that it has provided it's own silver bullet and has been wired to self-destruct.  It governs at the Consent of the People. Now all we have to is get enough people to say NO.  What if all the people who have been charged with an alleged crime actually demanded a trial?  What if we get over 50% of the people to just say NO to our current broke, illegitimate, criminal government and revoke the peoples consent to this Tyranny. Would they just leave when we presented the petition for their removal? I can make a very compelling argument that the Constitution has been suspended and the government operates under two sets of LAWS.  THEY will assume that you know this but of course they failed to tell you and will not tell you.

There are a lot of bad actors in our midst and they must be exposed and expelled out of the offices they are usurping. That starts at the very top down to the local level. Criminal lawyers walk right through but their victims are subject to search.

If you want to somehow, someway escape the Wrath to come first from the Devil and then from GOD ALMIGHTY all you have to do is confess with your mouth that JESUS CHRIS is LORD, believe in your heart that GOD raised HIM from the dead after HE PAID IN FULL the sins of those who believe on HIM and call upon HIM. Ask HIM to fill you with his Holy Spirit and then read the BIBLE. Do what He tells you to do His will. Come to JESUS He will clean you up, none of us are getting there because of what we do, it is what we believe. When you change your believes He will change your will into His. It's all coming to pass if  you would only open your eyes than you too would see what I see and millions around the world see as well. JESUS is about to split the Eastern Sky. There has been such a deception foisted upon the people of not only America but the whole World. Soon very soon it is all going to come down. The question I have for you is real simple are you ready? What is it going to take? Everything that is written is coming to pass and this world is about to crash and burn. I have warned you and tried to prepare you though most of you have no idea that ship is taking on water  for all intents and purposes is already sunk. Wednesday the 28th of March, Bulletinman has filed for Coroner of Crawford County I have now been to 4 doctors and we have finally figured out my jaw is out of place and the kicker is that no one even punched me. So I have to rest and the hardest part is keep my mouth shut. The new Bulletin should be out sometime next week. I got a letter from a prisoner in Bowling Green and I believe I'm going to write about what he suggested. I will also be talking about lawyers coming down from St. Louis and doing business in Hellsboro. Stay tuned.

Saturday the 24th of March. Well it's just about time to make up my mind about running for office down here in Crawford County. Though in the last week Bulletinman has been under attack my face is swollen and I'm attempting to recover if you are a praying person please lift me up before the LORD. I need to first of all get over this infection in my face and secondly make sure it's GOD will for me to run for office. I will have a video for you in the next day or so. We are 9 days away from election time in Bourbon. We will have a election edition of the Bystander out next Friday.

Thursday March 22, just heard that Don A. Robinson has passed so Missouri has a new State Park. I was praying that Don would leave the land to us. We could have funded the restoration of the Republic though now Missouri is supposed to have a new State Park. Don was a remarkable man. The inventor of the stain remover OFF, Jyro Cola the first super energy drink and he was an amazing pitch man. He was one of the first people to do live TV spots to advertise his OFF product.

Wednesday March 21. Spring is here as predicted huge earthquake yesterday in Mexico. We are in a whole lot of trouble pray people pray. I will have some video for you in the next day or so.

Monday March 19th,  the last day of Winter. Please be praying as we come into Spring something wicked this way comes. It was a bizarre weekend in Crawford County. As many of you know 4 people were found dead down at Blue Springs and the Republicrats stole the caucus from Ron Paul. Friday OBummer announced that Martial Law is soon to be in full effect across these once United States. Stay tuned.

So Bulletinman hears that Jeffco County Council women Terry Kreitler is about to arrested for stealing from her subdivision and the game is over for Mayor Leaonard Armstrong in Bourbon. We got the goods on him thanks to our latest Sunshine law request. Bulletinman has to go to the dentist on Weds so prayfully it won't be so painful that I can't do a video. Though I don't agree with him at all you have got to give the young man credit and his due for sticking up for his Mother and their view of the private probation "business".

Here is a look at your news as seen by Bulletinman. Hope you are enjoying the mild winter. Folks they can control and play with the weather. Typically Bulletinman rags on the lawyers and the legal system and believe me it has become unrecognizable. We have gotten so far away from the original organic law the Constitution that one has to wonder how the people who take an oath to uphold the Constitution even sleep at night. Though in this Bulletin let me share with you that we are seeing some of the legal people come around. Keep on praying it is working. There are some lawyers and judges who realize that the Court system is in trouble. These enlightened few are attempting to expose just how bad it has gotten and how far it has gone. Folks you would not believe the stories that I hear! It makes me very angry though it is a Righteous Anger. I have every reason to be angry as the father of six wonderful children who are a gift from GOD. I have to do all I can to expose the rank injustice of the Justice system. Keep in mind folks on the front face of the Supreme Court building in Washington DC is written Equal Justice for All.
That simply is not the case in 2012. It is so far from the Truth it is criminal and the criminals are in charge of the Just-Us system. There is no justice there is only just-us good ole boys and girls who have bought the American Dream and have turned into it a nightmare for the vast majority of the American people who fund the Court-System. All I can do at this point is shout it from the roof-tops and attempt to inform the people who happen by this Bulletin.  In Hellsboro we do have one especially bad actor on the run. Judge Stephen Bouchard Division 12 made the front cover of the Jefferson Countian the last week of February. I filed a formal complaint with the Judge Busters at the Commission for Retirement Removal and Discipline of Judges back at the beginning of February. Hopefully he will be removed since he so graciously wrote by his own fingers every that is needed to fry a judge. He admitted to holding a hearing without the defendant present when the defendant was in the court-house. He admits that he is researching defendants criminal background which you can’t do by rule of the Missouri BAR. He is making Tammy Berg at Private Probation Services so rich that she can afford to go to fly off to Rome for vacation. PPS Judge Bouchard readily admits that her case load is well in excess of one half of  all the defendants under supervised release or private probation in the 23rd Circuit Court  Tammy is so well respected by the Court Steve considers that she is an Officer of the Court.  Never mind the name of her Company Private Probation Services. How can this be?

Which if you think about is an amazing statement. Tammy will even tell you that she is an officer of the  23rd Circuit Court.  If you owe Tammy money Steve will  issue a warrant for your arrest. So much for Private Probation. The only problem with this is Tammy has hundreds if not thousands of clients who have to pay her outrageous fees in order to be free. Most of the people on “private-probation” are the poorest of the poor who have trouble holding a job if they are lucky to find one in this day and age. You see Tammy wants to see you all the time and make sure you bring cash. It doesn’t matter if you have to sell your microwave. vacuum or even your mother and sister. Tammy will be paid or you will go to jail. Once you are in jail you will housed and fed at a cost of $50 a day taxed to the people of Jefferson County. Isn’t that lovely? Do you think that is right? Well I know some folks who don’t think it is very Kosher and they would like to see this kind of injustice end. I for one would too. To top it all off most of the people who are on “private probation” are there for an incident which really does not rise to the level of a “crime” which is an act that causes provable personal injury loss or harm. You actually have to have a victim in order for there to be a crime. Who is the victim in 4 out of 5 cases? It is the defendant since the Court and it’s officers are the ones causing injury loss and harm. Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil. The jail is a mess. Understaffed, filthy and down right unhealthy. Numerous deaths and injuries have occurred there over the last 20 years resulting in ruined lives and hundreds of thousands of dollars paid out to lawyers and victims of the just-us system. Your tax money hard at work. While real criminals drive around in cars paid for by the people!  Word on the streets of Jefferson County is the Sheriff is under a “federal investigation” for the conditions at the jail as well as other shady dealings at the JCSD. I could write for hours about the horror stories I have heard over the years. There is a war being waged against the people of this Country and the battle ground is the Courthouse. Law enforcement is the biggest problem we have here in America. While real criminals roam the streets and terrorize people. The jails are full of nonviolent “victimless” offenders. Why do we have a sex offenders list? If someone is guilty without a reasonable doubt should they not be locked away? Now I realize over half of the people who are convicted of so called sex crimes are most likely innocent they are convicted without even going to trial. Their lawyers strike a deal with the Prosecuting Attorney’s. You folks do realize that only about 2% of the cases actually go to trial don’t you? Is that justice or again another case of just-us? Why do the real criminals get a reduced bond? If you actually cause loss or harm such as burglary or stealing the average bond is $10,000. It may start at 500K Cash only.  While I know of numerous drug related cases which the bond is Cash only and sometimes 6 figures, Could it be that they want the real criminals on the streets and the other’s locked up or let out on condition if they are able to make the bond. Guess who enforces the conditions our little Jewish American Princess Tammy Berg. These conditions are in direct violation of the Constitution and the long standing presumption that one is innocent until proven guilty I wonder if Ms. Berg takes an oath to uphold the Constitution as well as the other officers of the court such as lawyers, the pa and the judges? Where could one find a copy of her oath? Is it recorded like the rest should be? So much just-us leads to little justice for the 99%!

If they refuse we shall find ways to implement mind-altering technology into their lives. We will use fear as our weapon.  We will establish their governments and establish opposites within.  We will own both sides.   We will always hide our objective but carry out our plan. I have recently started reading and watching some of your updates.

I have a personal interest in recent ones because they are attacking my mother.

Tammy berg-neumann. I respect you have the right to say whatever it is you feel is right,

you have that right and privilege as an american And if you feel you are bettering the

community then that is great, good for you.  Your perception of private probation and

others like mine we disagree.  Clients have the right to be on probation, or sit in jail

, when the clients choose to be on probation they also have a decision on who they

want as there probation officer.  Private probation handles clients way more efficiently

than state does, for example, the employees at private probation have someone they monitor

24/7. Those employees take it seriously and monitor 24/7 and are on the phone and email

contact with supervising clients as state does not have the resources to do so.

So as you may think the "jewish princess" is getting rich, in my opinion she is under paid

These clients that you say can barely afford housing and food and cant afford there fees,

are the same clients that are on probation and had a good bag of weed or meth or heroin or

were out drinking and got a dui so if these same clients cant afford there probation then

mabe they should re evaluate there priorities, and for those who are truly less fortunate

to come up with there probation fees, private pobation offers the clients to do community

service instead of paying the fees, and 99 percent of the clients don't show up to even

make an effort to do the community service, so in my opinion, private probation, is more

that flexible with clients who cant pay when private probation doesn't benefit from

letting clients do comunity service except the fact that private probation offered the

client ever oppertunity to make the clients life easier.

Lastly if you are going to call out Tammys personal life and claim shes in New Orleans for

Mardis Gras and then flew off to Italy, you have you facts wrong and i would expect you to

either apologize to her in your next post or atleast acknowledge were ever you got your

facts that they were wrong. Tammy has not been to New Orleans recently, and the italy trip

was a gift. Either way how someone decides to live is there personal business and i ant

stop you from posting about people, i honestly wish i had the time to do that but i work.

All i ask is if you post about my mom you do it respectfully and have the right facts.

Another week has a went by and now we have past the middle of the month. Though we did here from the infamous Mr. Smith who is the Judge Remover and God bless him, been on the job for a long time and ain't got rid of one of them. I believe one did have to write a letter saying he was sorry. Jim wrote us a letter and wanted some evidence about our friend Stephen Bouchard. So I faxxxed him the order I came into possession of  8 days ago. I have also made contact with a couple of State Reps one Ron Casey Mr. Casey can't help us impeach Da Judge. Ron has a conflict of interest he somehow is  related to him or sat on the same board I thought that Ron might sign on but GOD Bless him he just can't. Ron Casey could have went out in a Blaze of Glory. The Judge Buster!  Paul Curtman has graciously alloted me some time to come see him. So Capitol Police be advised Bulletinman is coming to town. It will be a peaceful misson. The MIAC people actually have a poster of me and Tim White posted through-out the STATE with our pictures and that we are a "threat to the public".  I'm not a threat I'm your friend for telling you the Truth the people are pissed off and ain't going to take it much more. I'm literally attempting to SAVE the lawyers and public officials from the Wrath that is sure to come.  Paul from Jeffco's west coast signed on to impeach the Judge from Kirksville but I believe that is going no where. I have like the sinus infection from hell so no Broadcast this evening. Please pray for Bulletinman. I think it is some funky sinus issue. Though the radation level in the below mentioned snow is about 100x what it should be. I listen to "Father" Tom Dilorenzo on 1010 and says get ready rejoice in the LORD no mater what happens. This life is not the end only the begining it is now time to choose sides. The 9-11 crowd first of all the Sheriff then the rest of the police along with the EMS people and leadership of the fire department are the overseers you know OFFICERS. Public education makes sure that slaves know only enough to get the job done, get r dun, then have a little bit of fun. How many of your tax dollars go to so called public education which is really public indoctrination. The  Tell a Vision is the most powerful propaganda platform ever known to mankind. Control what the people watch, what they eat and drink control the people. What happens is that you are soon under control. Our rights have been slowly stolen over the years and our government has morphed into a for profit company stealing from and biting the hand of we who feed them. The best kind of slave is one who thinks that he is free. Harriet Tubman who worked on the underground railroad and freed slaves back before the civil wars once remarked that she had freed a thousand slaves she could have freed a thousand more if they only knew that they were slaves. Now your pride won’t let you admit that you have been duped. Though you better get rid of your pride and get angry not at me and those who support me. Look and see what is going on and get mad at the ones who are ripping you and your family off.  All the time they are smiling at you and behind your back laughing at your ignorance. The sad thing about it is that nine of ten are too timid, fearful to speak out against those who have hi-jacked our government.  Now is the time to take our government back. That all political power is vested in and derived from the people; that all government of right originates from the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole. That all constitutional government is intended to promote the general welfare of the people; that all persons have a natural right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and the enjoyment of the gains of their own industry; that all persons are created equal and are entitled to equal rights and opportunity under the law; that to give security to these things is the principal office of government, and that when government does not confer this security, it fails in its chief design. This is the ultimate act of Treason and should be considered a open declaration of war against the Citizens. Your government has announced that they are at war with you and your family. They have been waging war against the American People since 1912, in 1933 they passed the Trading with the Enemy Act which in effect suspended the Constitution. Our Court System operates under Statue and is considered an Admiralty Court. You will note in most Court-rooms and government chambers they display a gold fringed Flag. It has been in your face for most of our lives. Now they have made it very clear that the government is not of the people, by the people, and by no stretch for the people. The passage of the Patriot Act a month after 9-11-01 was one giant leap to the destruction of the Republic. The day America really died was 9-11. Though it had been bleeding for well over 80 years. I hate to you tell you though The Republic has now completely overthrown with SB 1867. You will note that number of the bill  1867 was a very pivotal year in the history of the Republic. Not to mention the occult numerology. The mask is now off. There is no more hiding the Beast which our own government has become.  Now the question I have for you is do you really care? Will you take the time whatever time we may have left to research, investigate my claims. You can come to no other conclusion. The final nail in the coffin was put into the casket of the greatest nation on Earth on 12-15-11. You didn’t even hear about it on the news. Now is the time to act. You need to get to know your friendly local Sheriff because he is the only one who can stop this madness and tyranny from effecting you and your neighbors. The local law enforcement apparatus gets it money and power from the people it is supposed to protect and serve. Is your local Sheriff a Communist who is sold out to the New World Order? Well I think I know the answer, but GOD is still on the Throne and prayer changes things so Pray. The only hope the American people have is that their local Sheriff and his deputies get saved and filled with the Holy Ghost, If that doesn’t happen then it is passed time to withdraw the Consent of the people and remove the current government and the police thereof. The best way to wage war is for your enemy to not even realize that a war is being waged against them. Since August of 1996, I have preached we are in a state of war. Our enemies are nothing more than cowards. There is no honor in deceit. For by deception “They” wage war! We have been lied too for so so long that most of you folks believe the lies. The biggest lie is. America is a free country. Say what? We have more people in prison than Communist China and Russia. Most of those in jail here in America are there for nonviolent victimless crimes. We are not a free people by any stretch of the imagination. Our government has become a criminal enterprise at war with the people it is supposed to protect and serve. So sad but so true. How many of you are unaware of the fact that America land of the free home of the brave. Has become America land of the fee home of the slave. What is free about America? The Constitution has for all intents and purposes been suspended. Oh no "they" have not told you but trust me it has! "They" let us take the time to define who "they" are. First and foremost the controlled main stream media is our greatest enemy. For if we had a real true independent free press the rest of "them" would be in jail. Secondly "they" are the police. 9-11!  Everything changed on September 11 2001. That is when the party was over for most Americans. The New World Order was born on that day and now some 10 years later you are beginning to see the full effect of this overthrow of Republic of these united States of America.  Another part of the "they" crowd are the lawyers and the Courts. There is no justice in most courtrooms across the land.There is only just-us. There are a few good judges and police left though for the most part most are going along to get along. There are a few good teachers left, though another part of the "they" crowd is the education system. Public education has become public indoctrination. Have you encountered some of the products of public education? How many graduates of the public schools, can't read or don't want to read. Can't do math have you gotten back the wrong change because the kid behind the counter just hands you a wad of bills and change not bothering or sad to say not knowing how to count your change back to you. Change you can believe in? Another part of the "they" pie are the politicians. Our representatives have simply sold us out and most of them are so corrupted that they couldn't do the right thing even if "they" wanted too.

We are under a "national emergency" and a defacto Martial Law.  In 1871 the USA was Incorporated and has been it is a "for-profit" company, not a government. The whole problem with this is that it claims to be a government, and that is FRAUD. Would you consent to some private company taking 50% of your income? No, you wouldn't. The devil is indeed a liar. So let us understand that the powers that be in the highest levels are right now at war with you and this Republic. "Their" goal is a one world government.  "They"  claim to be your servants to protect and serve, but in reality they are your masters.  The STATE believes "they" are GOD and last time I checked, my GOD is still on the Throne. Jesus is soon to come, indeed, though we occupy  Earth until then.  Is JESUS the LORD of your Life that He gave you? He is soon to return. Decline is right on time, and the signs are all around us. Our government has thrown We the People under the bus. They are lying to you and your children, they are stealing your money and at the same time ,they are slowly killing us. Well, now that we all know the score, let me take the time in this Holiday BULLETIN to implore you to get prepared for the collapse of Western Civilization. We are right now in World War 3, and though it has not hit home all the way, that day is coming. Are you ready?
The first thing you need to do is get right with GOD. JESUS is the son of GOD. God gave him to die for your sins. All you have to do is confess with your mouth the LORD Jesus Christ and believe in your heart that He rose from the dead. Then you need to go get baptized in the name of JESUS and then you will receive the full measure of the Holy Spirit. Once you have the full measure of the Holy Spirit, you will have the power to turn from your wicked ways. You can't do it by yourself. You need the power of GOD to change. You know what is right and wrong; His law is written on your heart. Once you get your salvation and sin problem out of the way, you're good to go. Now if you want to live, get prepared. Find a place to make your stand. Get a heat source, water source (pure), stock at least 6 months of food. You better have a gun like a 30/30 a 12 gauge shotgun and a pistol. Don’t forget bullets.!

 The courts of the state of MISSOURI are totally unrecognizable. The Constitution is not in play. You will note that you and your packages are subject to search upon entering “their” court. That one edict violates the 4th Amendment on its face. Never mind that the whole point and purpose of the court in this state is to protect your rights, not take them. The whole cornerstone of America is that you are innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until you are proven innocent. How many people have had their children taken from them without due process? Last year, over a thousand children were removed from their families without due process in Jefferson County. How many cases that run through “their” court are based on victimless crimes? Over 80% of the Court’s business is a fraud. No victim, no crime. Well, indeed there are victims-- that would be the people charged in “cases” pending in “their” court. The only victims are the ones charged. Everyone charged with a “crime”  when no one other than the accused has been injured, suffered loss, or harm is being defrauded by the Court which is supposed to protect and secure YOUR GOD given rights. The COURT needs to show cause why they are even in business. How can the Constitution even be in play? Well, let's face it isn’t.Never-mind the fact that everyone of these judges have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution. I call that FRAUD. Just who are you supposed to trust when everyone is a crook?

Meanwhile, back at the ranch-- In Crystal City another theft; this time 25K worth of gold chains from Witte's Jewelery. Now that makes about six unsolved thefts I can think of, and that is only ones I know about.

Bulletinman made it over to Billboards the cool new nightclub at the Gala Event Center in Union. Jimmy of the Schwag was in the house and about a hundred schwagstockers were in attendance. Jimmy and I had a chance to chat for a bit. He told me that he had four lawyers on the case and of course all of them are telling him to just shut his mouth and stay low key. When the powers that be tried to shut me down back in Bonne Terre. The Notrious Rave King Bulletinman  got on the phone and every TV station. I made the front page of the local paper over 50 days in 140 days. Believe me people there is no such thing has bad PR. Pray for Jimmy and the FEDS in this matter. Pray for this great nation. We will put a hold on OPERATION OVERTHROW for now. Though let me share this with my Communist enemies there is no doubt that your going to fail. This Country is going to be free until the Born Again Believers who understand that the whole point and purpose of our government is to protect our GOD Given rights not TAKE-THEM are removed Until then we will do whatever it takes to be free. Well I got some good news last week. Darvin Lemme beat the felony property damage charge that CC levied against him over Peggy's window. Darvin actually found an attorney who was willing to take a matter to trial and low behold a NOT-GUILTY verdict was returned in what Judge Williams alledgy said was record time. So Forrest appears to be some rott in your trees. No when will you bring charges against Randy Althage? How about bringing charges against Westfall for the Amanda Jones matter? How about dropping the charges in the Griffin matter(Evidence suppersion hearing on Weds I think) you are the criminal element in every victimless crime. It's beyond time to do the right thing in all the above. We are gathering once again this Sunday @ 1200 N. 5th in DeSoto. We will be praising the LORD Jesus Christ and giving thanks unto our Maker. Here is a look at your news as seen by BULLETINMAN. We made to May my goodness how time flies when your going broke. It seems that the month is much shorter these days. You will notice that the price of gas will slowly creep up. The price of everything is on the way up. It's called inflation folks and we are very soon to see hyper-inflation.  That is what happens when you make money day and night hell they don't even have to print it. It's all digital a fiction nothing more. The quickest and best way to defeat a country is debauch it's currency. That is what the powers that be are doing right now. We the People have been sold out and soon we are going to have to pay the price. But in the meantime live it up, eat, drink and be merry for no one knows what a day may bring forth. Let give you some free friendly advice from your publishing friend. DO NOT GET VACCINATED.!!! "They" the people who are out to kill you would love to jab you with their witches brew.  Just say no thanks. I want to live and not die. They are in the fear business. The Government has to justify its existence by scaring the people to death. That is what 9-11-01 was all about and that was what 9-11-08 was about when the great theft of America began. It was 7 years to the day that the final nail was hammered into the American Republic's coffin. The American dream is becoming a nightmare and the night is far from over. It would appear the enemies of America have been able to appoint Barrack Huessin Obama to the highest office in the land. The whole problem with this is that he is a foriegn national and not an American Citizen. Of course the courts just ignore this but come on do we really expect them to uphold the Consitution when they war against it daily? The Commies have taken control of our government plain and simple. I noticed that the BAR assocation celebrates "law day" on May 1st.  So called May Day, that makes perfect sense doesn't it? I'm telling you and have been telling you for damn near 13 years the enemy is within. You can find "them" in the yellow pages under Attorney. They gather just about every week day @ a place called the Courthouse. Do you realize what misery is wrought from the Courthouse?

To create the present oligarchy (rule by lawyers) which we now endure, the lawyers first had to remove the 13th "titles of nobility" Amendment that might otherwise have kept them in check. In fact, it was not until after the Civil War and after the disappearance of this 13th Amendment, that American bar associations began to appear and exercise political power. Since the unlawful deletion of the 13th Amendment, the newly developing bar associations began working diligently to create a system wherein lawyers took on a title of privilege and nobility as "Esquires" and received the "honor" of offices and positions (like district attorney or judge) that only lawyers may now hold. By virtue of these titles, honors, and special privileges, lawyers have assumed political and economic advantages over the majority of U.S. citizens. Through these privileges, they have nearly established a two-tiered citizenship in this nation where a majority may vote, but only a minority (lawyers) may run for political office. This twotiered citizenship is clearly contrary to Americans' political interests, the nation's economic welfare, and the Constitution's egalitarian spirit. When I went to Festus High school back in the middle 80's, I was taught in history the concept of seperation of powers. If an officer of the court runs for anything other than attorney general or a judge position isn't he in violation of the seperation of powers? I mean how can a legislature make laws and then turn around and benefit from them. Case in point one Kelly Parker a judge in the 42 circuit. Kelly was a State Rep. He got a bill passed which created a judgeship. He was then appointed to be the judge by the governor at the time Bob Holden. He went from making 31K to dam near 100K. Nice raise huh? The significance of this missing 13th Amendment and its deletion from the Constitution is this: Since the amendment was never lawfully nullified, it is still in full force and effect and is the Law of the land. If public support could be awakened, this missing Amendment might provide a legal basis to challenge many existing laws and court decisions previously made by lawyers who were unconstitutionally elected or appointed to their positions of power; it might even mean the removal of lawyers from our current government system. Oh what a day of rejoicing that will be. Heaven on earth or at least a great start.  The "missing" 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." [Emphasis added.}

At the first reading, the meaning of this 13th Amendment (also called the "title of nobility" Amendment) seems obscure, unimportant. The references to "nobility", "honour", "emperor", "king", and "prince" lead us to dismiss this amendment as a petty post-revolution act of spite directed against the British monarchy. But in our modern world of Lady Di and Prince Charles, anti-royalist sentiments seem so archaic and quaint, that the Amendment can be ignored. Not so. Consider some evidence of its historical significance: First, "titles of nobility" were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sect. 9 of the Constitution of the United States (1778); Second, although already prohibited by the Constitution, an additional "title of nobility" amendment was proposed in 1789, again in 1810, and according to Dodge, finally ratified in 1819. Clearly, the founding fathers saw such a serious threat in "titles of nobility" and "honors" that anyone receiving them would forfeit their citizenship. Since the government prohibited "titles of nobility" several times over four decades, and went through the amending process (even though "titles of nobility" were already prohibited by the Constitution), it's obvious that the Amendment carried much more significance for our founding fathers than is readily apparent today.Did they realize just how bad it would get some 200 years later? Folks the BAR assocation's newsletter is called Esquire. They celebrate "law day" on May 1st. The BAR hq is in Jeff City next to the only Synagogue in Central Missouri. The Synagogue has been there since the 1850's. It would appear that "they" gave them the land. Doesn't that tell you something? How come at least 1/3 of the shows on TV have to do with lawyers and the law? That law and order is nothing more than propaganda..It is in your face. How did the federal government get so big and all powerful. Well I take you back to the Civil War, what is so civil about war anyway? I should say the first Civil War it looks like CW2 is here In the tumult of 1865, the original 13th Amendment was finally removed from our Constitution. On January 31, another 13th Amendment (which prohibited slavery in Sect. 1, and ended states' rights in Sect. 2) was proposed. On April 9, the Civil War ended with General Lee's surrender. On April 14, President Lincoln (who, in 1861, had signed the proposed Amendment that would have allowed slavery and states rights) was assassinated. On December 6, the "new" 13th Amendment loudly prohibiting slavery (and quietly surrendering states rights to the federal government) was ratified, replacing and effectively erasing the original 13th Amendment that had prohibited "titles of nobility" and "honors". In seeking to rule the world and destroy the United States, bankers committed many crimes. Foremost among these crimes were fraud, conversion, and plain old theft. To escape prosecution for their crimes, the bankers did the same thing any career criminal does. They hired and formed alliances with the best lawyers and judges money could buy. These alliances, originally forged in Europe (particularly in Great Britain), spread to the colonies, and later into the newly formed United States of America. Despite their criminal foundation, these alliances generated wealth, and ultimately, respectability. Like any modern member of organized crime, English bankers and lawyers wanted to be admired as "legitimate businessmen". As their criminal fortunes grew so did their usefulness, so the British monarchy legitimized these thieves by granting them "titles of nobility". Historically, the British peerage system referred to knights as "Squires" and to those who bore the knight's shields as "Esquires". As lances, shields, and physical violence gave way to the more civilized means of theft, the pen grew mightier (and more profitable) than the sword, and the clever wielders of those pens (bankers and lawyers) came to hold titles of nobility. The most common title was "Esquire" (used, even today, by some lawyers).

Rosalyn Johnston filed an ex parte against Larry Johnston. I got my first supenoa in 4610 days. We went to court on the 28th. Roslayn was afraid someone was going to bitch slap her for treating Ottie the way they have. Judge Cardona ruled against Rosalyn and admonished BULLETINMAN for not having all the facts. Though I have to admire the way Troy handled his court. Still haven't heard from Otties attorney Scott McKinnis just like anyone who is guilty they don't want to face the music. You know with cell phones there is no reason why you can't return a call. The reason why they don't call back is because they can't defend their position, duh. You wouldn't believe the amount of calls I make and very few ever call me back. Why is that? Decline is right on time and there is of course nothing new under the sun. If you can see the sunshine through the Chemtrails. Darvin has been charged with 1st property damage and he is being sued by his ex wife. The only problem with all of this is that Darvin didn't have anything to do with it. The star witness for the PA is a convicted felon who recently cut a deal. How weak is this. Do you think the deal had anything to do with this deal? Sad, sad, sad. I will tell you that one day the dam is going to break. There are thousands of people out there getting railroaded. How long, not long you do reap what you sow..The smelter war is still going strong. Of course the only ones benefiting are the lawyers but what do you expect? Jack from C4 discovered that some people voted in the wrong ward. Wes Wagner did the right thing and filed suit, Judge Troy is going to hear the case. Let us pray that he orders another election for the entire ward. None the less Jesus is still coming don't know when but I don't think it is going to be long. Are you saved? You best be. I hate to use “cuss” words but that is what they are.  One of my BULLETIN readers brought the case of Ottie Mae Johnston to my attention and this one really pisses me off. Ottie was married to General Johnston in Hillsboro for 64 years. General passed away in 2002.  Ron Johnston from Ron’s Glass scammed and intimated his own Mother into signing all the land over to him. Thus revoking the Trust that was set up to benefit all the children. This has broke Mrs. Johnston’s heart and has torn the family apart. From what I read (and you can read it when the website is up) Ronald Johnston needs to be in jail . He is as low as you can get in my BULLETIN. I mean come on Ronald don’t you realize that you are “killing” your mother! Now Ronald would be in jail if he didn’t have “partners” in his crime.  His partners are Kurt Breeze who hoodwinked Ottie and prepared the papers.. Donna Kohl from Eagle Bank who notarized the "quit claim deed” but failed to record it in her book. ColdbeSmith-Hynes who is Ronald’s attorney of record in Ottie’s civil suit to “quiet the title”, Coldbe also happens to be the Muny Judge in Hillsboro where the crime was committed! Say what, he is the judge in the jurisdiction where the crime is committed, yep he sure is..He is also the judge who is shaking down the people in the Byrnes Mill “Court” and the biggest scumbag of all seems to be Ottiie’s own attorney, from the Hockensmith law firm. His name is Scott McKinnis. Scott wouldn't the title be silent if the signature was not properly notarized? Duh now send back the 35K you have scammed out of an 86 year old widow.You slimy Bastard!

It will also save Mr. McLawyer from the terrible dilemma of selling an old lady out for a few federal reserve notes that will be worthless in a year or two. It will also save the sitting Governor and his band of merry men (the Hockensmith Syndicate) from certain impeachment, and if they make it to the jail through the mob of the 35,000 people who have been screwed by these Shysters over the last 50 years, a life in jail; or I’m all for a public lawyer hanging every Tuesday, we can call it “law day”. We will start @ the top of the yellow pages! Man I really hate exposing criminals in the government but sometimes you just have too. In the Ottie matter BULLETINMAN has called everyone and their brother . He is the Judge of Justice He isn’t taking any bribes and to be honest with you, Ronald your court case is in the wrong court-room! If there is one Judge in Hillsboro who is fair in Hillsboro it is Big Bob. I’ve been watching him over the years and I don’t think that he is for sale..Maybe I’m wrong? But I really think that you are trying to swindle one of God’s saints! It’s a bummer for you that you got a Judge who has a heart! I think GOD has got your Mother’s back. I know that he doesn’t have yours and your boys will turn on you in a heartbeat, most lawyers have no morals! So do the right thing you have till April 5th. After that it’s on and it is going to get real ugly. Speaking of ugly lets talk about another subject for the Citizens Grand Jury on Government Corruption, the whole Helter Smelter mess. What more can be said other than in my humble opinion. Tom Schilly, Danny Portell, Jason Eisenbeis and David Picarella all need to be arrested tried and when convicted they should be hung. Just like anyone else who would sell his country and it’s citizens out to the Communist Chinese. When I got the idea for the BULLETIN after I got fired from KHAD in DeSoto in 1996. I had one goal in mind and that was to lay the groundwork and prepare a “defense”. For the last 12 and 3/4 years I have shared with thousands of citizens in the Eastern part of Missouri that your government has been taken over a sinister criminal cabal. They are out to destroy this country and rip you off in the meantime. Their end game is then kill you and your children. The way this was supposed to work was they would do in it increments, slowly turning the heat up while the media their partners in crime distracts and deceive the people. Citizens of Crystal City understand and realize that a criminal element has taken control of your city! Mayor Schilly, Debbie Johns and others are seeking to get all they can out of your tax dollars and then when the smelter is built they will take all their ill gotten gains and ease on down the road. Leaving you and your children choking on the toxic smoke that comes from the smelter. Jim Kennedy is nothing more than a shady used smelter salesman. He has conned the cons at your city hall in Crystal City. Wake-up and realize that you have been fooled..

I could go on and fill pages of crimes that go unsolved, how much did Schafermeyer pay you all to cover up the KHAD arson that cost Larry Rice $50,000 and prevented DeSoto from having a local radio station? Why does the JCSD need 150 cars on the road when they only have 30 deputies on duty at any one time? Why, why, why? In Crystal City you have a fire chief whose slum burned down and a little kid was killed. How about the Temp Master fire Tony? Thunderbird? Sharkey’s, Dairy Queen, and now the Jade Garden. How many explosions have there been over @ Shapiro Brothers and just what is in that smoke that blows over the schools daily? The police can’t afford the gas to patrol the 2.2 sq miles of CC thus Pops Antiques gets ripped off and it takes 3 months to get a police report. What about the 11 business that got broke in over one weekend last year? Lets not forget about all the documents that have not been produced, the council meetings in secret, the police chief doing the council person, the asst. PA and then trying to run her ex husband out  business and paying off witnesses who are felons to testify against him. How about the city employee who just happens to owe the city attorney money but this had nothing to do with getting the job. Oh lets not forget about the “peeping tom” who still works for the city despite his boss wanting to can his ass and get rid of this pervert whose child is now molesting other kids making the lawyers all kinds of money staying out of jail. Endangering more children!!!! Isn’t it time for REAL change folks. I’m out of space but not stories. Think about it! I really believe that peoples need to turn out on April 7th and vote these people out of office, David Picarella and Jason Eisesnbies have got to go. If they don’t Crystal City will. Some say it was God’s country @ one time, though if you study it out. The founding fathers really thought that they were creating a new Atlantis. The plan though isn’t good for America. The original bird of America was to be the Phoenix Bird. Though the people were a little better educated and would have figured it out. The NEA hadn’t come around yet and destroyed the minds of the little children So they would have figured out that the Phoenix burns and out of the ashes of America? Rises the New World Order. The plan is on the back of the dollar bill right under the hidden Masonic seal. The whole plan is laid out before you but most just don’t get it. It is hidden but in plain sight. You can see it all around but most don’t open their eyes. They don’t want to see it. How many don’t even notice the Chemtrails? They just think that the smoke coming out of those planes is normal. They are oblivious to the wage being waged against them. The people seem to be under some mind control spell and I really think a lot of them are. Just look at people when they come out of Wal-Mart. It’s like night of the living dead. With all the cell phones, wi-fi and other nasty frequencies it’s hard telling the assault you are under. Your body is very in tune with different frequencies. The right kind of frequency can cause certain effects. That is what the DTV is all about. The have to change the frequencies. Remember folks Satan is the prince of the power of the air. He does control the airwaves doesn’t he? Wake-UP people Jesus is soon to come. America is about to burn, why you ask? Well because it is designed to be destroyed and it is being torn down daily. (What a joke, a sick twisted joke that is a cancer). You don’t think he was in on that for sale Senate Seat? These people are has thick has thieves because that is what they are. Just remember these people all come from the same party. The same party that runs your life which is going to get a lot worse here in your neighborhood. With Charter Government now in effect freedom is now banned in Jefferson County. You have no property rights anymore. You are going to pay dam near 10% on everything you buy and get taxed on property that you have already paid tax on. Where does it end? I’m telling you where it ends if you and I don’t get up off our ass and do something about them. It ends up with you in a camp waiting to die or worse than that a chip in your right hand or forehead. There is coming a time that you are either going to die for God or live for the Devil. There is coming a time when all you are going to be able to do is stand whether it be for GOD or the Devil that will be your choice. You are going to have to pick a side...you but these facts make me very upset. You know we have had it very easy here in America and the gravy train is about to be derailed. Though in all reality that is a good thing. It is going to take a clamanity of Biblical propotions before the American people wake up, well it be too late? These are good people who will see that the airport is expanded and used for all the right reasons. How can you be a first class county without an airport? So perhaps there is hope for the city of Festus. Though I have to admit that there are a lot of problems still in Festus. The biggest issue facing Festus city government is Tim White. The case Tim had against Festus was dismissed by the Court of Appeals after Tim went and won @ The Supreme Court. Tim has been screwed and Mr. Stoll Tim is not one who is going to take this injustice. I’m here to warn you that you have no idea who you are messing with. I’m very familiar with Mr. White and he isn’t going to go down very easily. Just give him his 5 million and he will go on down the road. What the City of Festus has put this man thru is a travesty of justice and someone is going to pay. Some friendly advice from you local publisher, you all have been warned! Let me tell you why I think the elections are a fraud and don’t reflect the true state of the Nation. Only 7 of the 234 people who voted for the bail out where voted out. Here in the great state of Misery we retained all those who voted for the great theft of the American tax payer. There was a overwhelming demand from the people to vote against this treasonous piece of legislation. Senator Bond said that he got over 5,000 calls against and only a few for the deal. He didn’t go on to say just how much the few gave him for his vote though that is they way that it is. America is for sale to the highest bidder and folks you aren’t the high bid by a long shot. On the local level come on Charter government two to one? Boyer gets 70% of the vote, Kemp and Lamping both stay in. How hard is it to flip the vote totals Wes? You see the problem with all of this is that our so called elected leaders are not on the street living like the rest of us. They don’t know what it is like here in the real world. The word on the street is that the people are pissed off. Flat broke busted and not to be trusted. For now everything is good the price of gas is down because people are tapped out. The banksters are fat and sassy and all their partners in crime are too. Though this is just the calm before the storm. What do you think is going to happen in the next year? I really think there is a great chance of all hell breaking loose. Imagine this what would happen if Barrack is shot or he is removed from office because he is an illegal alien? It would be on here in America. This country is split down the middle, divide and conquer. America is now a nation divided, though you ain’t seen nothing yet. We are need to pray for our so called President. Pray first and foremost that he would get saved, really. You can’t be for Abortion and for the promotion of a homosexual life style and be saved. Pray for his protection, and for his family. Pray for his children and his wife. Pray for this country and all those who are now in power for them to have a real encounter with the risen LORD and Saviour of all mankind, Jesus Christ. Jesus is soon to come and the forces of hell are coming together. There is a showdown coming. The devil comes to steal kill and destroy, Jesus has come to bring life and that more abundantly the people who have the power belong to a culture of death. Abortion, Chemicals, Vaccines, Chemtrails they are out to kill us all. They want to depopulate the planet by 80%. They are well on the way to doing that. If you want to live a long life you are going to have to pick a side in this fight.

Only in America we kill the unborn to make ends meet. We are a sick twisted society who has spit in the face of all mighty GOD for way to long. We wanted a King and now we are an Obamanation in the sight of GOD. Califorincation is burning it should be you don’t hear much about the gay protestors in California much now since the state is burning. You know GOD will have the last laugh and folks He isn’t funny at all. We are headed for a whole lot of trouble and it is now just a matter of time until the other boot drops. We are headed for civil war here in America and you are going to have to choice sides. On one side you have the old school Americans who believe in God. Don’t kill their children, don’t promote a culture of queers and poisoning of the young and old alike. The other side is the lawyers and the educated idiots who really think they are smarter than GOD. As a matter of fact they are really of their Father the Devil. You have the children of Light vs those of darkness. Good vs Evil though woe unto them that call evil good and good evil. That is what we are doing here in post Christian America. Read your Bible folks it isn’t going to be long until Jesus splits the eastern sky and in a moment we shall be changed. What a day of rejoicing that will be. We have had it to good here in America and we are going to fall flat on our face if we don’t repent and turn from our wicked ways. I know that I have made many mistakes and I do my best to keep my account short with my Creator. As your friendly local watchman on the wall I’m here to blow the trumpet and sound the alarm that the sword is on the land. The world is at war and we are in the crosshairs. You best get to know the real Jesus, the Man Christ Jesus, behold Him. Everything that can be shaken is going to be shaken. You best be sure that you are standing on the Rock. The life boat is named Jesus, you need to get to know the LORD. Call upon Him, time is short, very short. Speaking of short, hou bout that stock market. Listen up folks it’s all falling down sooner or later. The ship was sunk the day it was built. You, your childern and your retirement are the victims, HOGS get fat, PIGS get slaughtered. They are going to get fat while you get fried in the skillet. Just like a ham and bacon breakfast. You can say the chicken is invovled the pig is committed. They are the chicken and you my friend are the pig. We have a chance coming up to send a very strong vote of no confidence and voting them all out. I really believe that they control the vote though if the people show up in mass then the truth will prevail. Life has you know it here in the good ole USA is over. These are very perilious times that we live in. I can’t even stand watching the news these days. They are now recommending that pregnant women get flue shots. What is wrong with these people. The only thing you can really trust on the news is the sports and if the truth be know they are all fixed, I mean the Patriots have won how many Superbowls since 2001. That is a shame because I love the NFL but it has fake has wrestling. We have a way to peacefully remove those who have led us down the road to ruin. If you are registered to vote you need to show up and vote against all those who now hold office. They all have to go, everyone one of them. Well maybe not Ron Casey but he is behind this whole "charter government" The way I see it so far it’s just another layer of government. What we need here is less government not more, sir.  Here is a look at your news as seen by BULLETINMAN. 9-11-01 is the day that the New World Order was born and the American Republic was put on life support. Now I’m not going to say that America is dead yet though it is a bunch of trouble. This country has been hi-jacked and is now being flown by a bunch of psyco-paths who claim to be our elected leaders. Now if you look at the facts you can come to no other conclusion other than our beloved Republic is in the process of being dismantled. If you really believe that some guy named Osama Bin Laden (which kind of sounds like Obama and Biden) sitting in a cave in the mountains of Pakistan was able to defeat the military defenses of the usA. Well if that is really the case than all those who where in charge of our trillion dollar defense should have been fired, arrested and executed. That didn’t happen has a matter of fact the people in charge that day where actually promoted and honored...That should be a big red flag wouldn’t you think? Now another big clue in this debacle was that in 2000 a grouo people called the New American Century wrote a paper calling for a new Pearl Harbor that would get the American Sheepal behind their efforts to go into Asia and secure all their oil for America. These people just happened to be in charge of our defenses that day. Dick Cheney and a bunch of his Jewish buddies at the Pentagon where behind this whole thing. On September 10th 2001 the GAO (the US audtors) noticed that there was over a trillion dollars missing from the Department of Defense. The NCIS office that was trying to figure out where the money went just happened to be the target of one of the "planes" that got away. The cruise missile which hit the Pentagram just happened to slam into their office. There was no plane that hit the Pentagon that day. Now in NYC the WTC just happened to have changed hands about 6 weeks before that fateful day. The WTC was a dinosaur and really was obsolete. The man who bought the WTC just happened to put down 200 million on a 2 billion dollar deal.

Mr. Silverstein who bought the lease on the WTC just happened to insure his building against terrorist acts. His insurance which he paid $10 million dollars for has now paid him 7 Billion. Folks if you want to solve a crime all one has to do is simply follow the money. Just who gets paid is most likely the one who is behind the crime. At the least they are your chief suspect. Who benefits? Well who benefited from 9-11. Lets take a look. Mr. Silverstein and all his Jewish buddies at the Pentagon really benefited. The whole military industrial complex has benefited greatly now that we are in a permanent state of war. Seven years later lets look at who has been getting paid. Since 9-11 local police and fire are now being bought and paid for by the real terrorist. In the process of these payoffs LLE (local law enforcement) have gutted what remains of the Bill of Rights. We had God given rights of life, liberty and happiness. We don’t have these rights anymore. The whole point and purpose of government is to secure these rights. "They" are now taking away our rights. One thing that sticks in my mind are the mutherf#%$^en roadblocks. "They" call them "safety checks" but they are straight out of Nazi Germany and violate the 4th amendment. Another thing that really pisses me off is the fact that most of the people now being held at the County Jail are there for nonviolent offenses and are being held for money. LLE are now just a tool of the Banksters. Seven years ago most people could not comprehend that there are traitors in our government who would not have a problem killing a few thousand people to get what they are after. Though if you look at the circumstances and the outcome of those you can come to no other conclusion that we the people have been sold out by our government. That is a sad fact that we all must face. The main stream media has allowed those who now hold the power to rape the citizens of not only this once great Republic but people around the world as well. Even Larry Rice doesn’t have the balls to tell the American People the truth. There are plenty of movies out there on the internet that lay it all out for you. 9-11 was no doubt an inside job. If the people really knew just how far it has gone and how bad it has gotten perhaps they would demand accountability from those who are supposed to serve the people. Though many Americans have no idea why our Country is being turned into hell. All nations that forget God will be turned into hell and we the people have forgotten GOD and now we are living in hell.

 Here is a look at your news as seen by BULLETINMAN. Well it’s that time again. The elections where held early last week and Nelson Tenney beat out Jeff Crisel for the Republican nod for Sheriff. Now I knew Jeff and I have met Nelson. I have tried to call him a few times and offer my support though he hasn’t got back with me yet. Anyone would be better than Oliver "Glenn" Boyer the current Sheriff. Need I remind you about the Amada Jones case, the drunken bar fighting deputies, the thousands of people Glen has evicted from their houses. The hundreds of people that he jails for the crime of not having enough money. His refusal to do anything about his Shyster Brother in Law Tom Schilly who wants to put a big air polluting smelter on the river in Crystal City and give the Communist Chinese a port right in the middle of America. Once again you have a lot of just-us and very little justice.The Sheriff holds a lot of power and he could use that power to make the lives of the people much better. He choices to use that power to harrass and terrorize the hard working citizens of this great county. I know anyone who has been in power for 16 years and you still have major crimes unsolved you are the problem. This man has spent over 200 million of your hard earned dollars fighting crime and the last I checked we still have a lot of it. I know for a fact that at least a half a dozen crimes would be solved if they would just look the suspects way. Why do they turn a blind eye? The Amanda Jones matter in and of itself is reason enough to remove this person, it will have been three years by the time you read this and still the person who committed the crime is still free. Why? I’ll tell you why because some people must be getting paid. The corruption is everywhere and it is high time that we the people take the power back. One way or another we have got to get the power back to the People. Daily you hear something about the police beating up innocent people and you hear of people going to jail just because. The Constitution must be adhered too. Read it and then tell me why we have allowed ths? It’s your childrens future!

Well the Russians have gone into Georgia (not the state, like my first ex-wife thought) after Georgia who is backed by the USA because we want a pipeline across their country invaded a break away state who is made up mainly of Russians. None the less this is just another sign of the times. The stage is being set for the Gog-Magog war. We here in America are on the verge of a very big change coming our way. Time is running out folks and we here on the homefront should we not remove our elected leaders who are leading us down the road to ruin are going to be paying a huge price for their stupidity. You know folks we have the greatest country on the face of the earth. Government of the people, by the people and for the people. Our should I say we had a great country. The people really hold no real power because we will not enforce their oath to uphold the Constitution. You see the great thing about this country is that everyone of our elected leaders and their enforcement goons (the police) take an oath to uphold that most sacred document, one which millions have fought and died for. When they don’t do that then they are in violation of the original law of the land. That makes them traitors and we all know what should happen to traitors, don’t we? You see it is all written down and when "they" don’t go by the book than we the people have the power to throw the book at them. You must understand that "they" govern @ our consent. I for one no longer consent to the criminals that now run our country. I really doubt that you could find 1 out of 10 people who now back our government. Out of that 10% who are getting paid for the opinion. The time has come that we the people exercise our God given rights that the government is supposed to protect. Today the government calls evil good and good evil. Today our elected leaders have hijacked our Republic and are doing their best to change our Republic to a Democracy which according to the 1923 US Army manual is the worse form of government leading always to anarchy. So we the people have to take the power back. We gave and we can take it back. There is a war being wage against the American Citizens and it is high time that we the people expose those who wish to wage their war of aggression against the American people. I have Ided the enemy for you over the last 12 years. Now it is time that you do something about "them" before they further lead you down the road to ruin. It’s your fault that these people have been allowed to go this far. Take the power back while you can.

 Did you see the opening ceremony for the Olympics? Those Chinese are something else. We are in big trouble here in America. China is the largest holder of our debt tin the world. They only have two choices, sell off the dollars they hold at a great loss or come to America and buy up everything they can with the cheap dollar. I think you all can see the effects of this up close and personal with the impending smelter coming to Crystal City owned lock, stock and port by the red Communist Chinese. Do you realize that 85% of the Chinese goods imported into America are sold at Wal-Mart? I kind of feel sorry for the Chinese Occidental agent in this deal, Jim Kennedy. Jim is in deep with these people who promote abortion, employ slave labor, kill real Christians and sell their body parts to the Rockefeller run hospitals. Talk about making a deal with the devil. I would not want to be him or Tom Schilly these people are very serious about their money and the best I can tell is that Mr. Kennedy is on the hook for at least 300 million dollars. I would not want to be him. The sad thing about this whole deal had Kennedy and Schilly just been up front with the people, hell they might have been able to pull it off. But NO they had to lie and deceive and attempt to keep secrets. Don’t they realize that everything that is done in darkness is evil? God doesn’t keep secrets, Jesus did not speak in secret. So why the secrecy? Well the deal must be evil. I really think that turning Crystal City into Grainte City is pretty dam evil, I told care how many jobs it will bring. Had Mr. Kennedy just told the truth he might have been able to sell this to the people. Now the only ones who will ever benefit from this deal are the lawyers. Though isn’t that they way it suppose to work? Lawyers rule here in this New World. Nelson Tenney called me back. Nelson is fed up with all the money being spent on the Sheriff’s department. Nelson knows that he can get more out of your hard earned tax dollars. Nelson is out to shake up the status qou and make law enforcement more efficient. He doesn’t have any law enforcement experience thus he hasn’t been brain washed with all their propaganda. Nelson did serve in Vietnam and he has been in business for himself for over 40 years. He is a no non sense straight shooter who isn’t afraid to fight against all criminals, not just some. I will have more on Nelson on the website in the next few weeks. Nelson needs your help in his campaign to clean up Jefferson County. Call him up and ask him what he will do for the Citizens of Jefferson County once he is elected Folks you do have a choice, God Bless Glen Boyer but after 16 years the price to fighting crime just keeps getting higher are you getting results?

Meanwhile back at the ranch, well the primary season has passed and you all need to vote all the inbumments out office. They have really made a mess of this once great Republic and short of the vote the next step know one will like, though it may seem like desperate measure freedom really is worth fighting for. We have a right to use force to remove the interlopers and rogue government agents who have perjured their oath to uphold the Constitution. That is our second God given right, our first and the one I have been trying for the last 12 years is the freedom to tell them to leave. That the gig is up, the news is out and we all realize that they are playing the people for fools. While most are asleep, dumbed down by the hellevision, some are wide awake and are not going to live the nightmare without putting up a fight. Now God is not willing that none should perish but all should come to repentance. So once again I implore the powers that be to look in the mirror, are you the solution or are you the problem. Do you violate the sacred God given right of your fellow Citizens on a daily basis. Do you leach off the hard working American Citizens who are guaranteed freedom by the very document you swear to uphold? I know of very few police officers, court workers, judges, state DFS worker, DOR workers etc. who can honestly say that they honor and respect the Constitution. It doesn’t take a lawyer to be able to read and understand common English. We the people can’t understand English? Of course we have a problem with Spanish. Though for our Spanish speaking invaders you can learn all about the Court system here in America with the Spanish forms provided by the Circuit Court. Isn’t that one edict from the late Gov Caranahan enough to justify an armed overthrow of our "so called elected" leaders. They are giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Illegal’s are one of the enemy and the ones who allow the invasion to go on are guilty of Treason. The other enemies of liberty are employed in the service of the beast. God gave you these rights and the devil is out to steal your rights from you using those who are employed by the STATE and the FEDERAL mafioso. Isn’t it time to come over to the side of the People?

Here is a look at your news as seen by BULLETINMAN. Are you ready> The wars and rumors of wars have been going strong for the last 7 years and now it seems to be coming to a head. Has I sit down and write this BULLETIN on July 9th, the tension is mounting. Iran on July 8th test fired missiles over the Persian Gulf and the US is attempting to put up a missile shield over the Czech Republic which is going to upset Russia greatly. It is just a matter of time until something gives. Everyday the dollar is falling and the world is running away from everything American. Has the dollar goes so goes America. This morning the dollar keeps going down, the stock market is falling right along with it. While here on the homefront everything keeps going up except your paycheck. We te people have allowed a bunch of pychopathsto lead us down the road to ruin. We celebrate their ignorance and honor their treasonous acts. We deserve what is coming to us. So do you realize that here in Jefferson County MO we are run by less than 1/10 of 1% of the population. Some 200 people here hold the power over more than 200,000. We have gotten so far away from what this country/county was founded upon. "They" are destroying America has we know it. This BULLETIN is a special Bastile Day Edition. We don't celebrate Bastile Day here in America though we should.  Under the reign of King Louis XVI (who St. Louis is named after). France was facing a major financial crisis due to investments in overseas wars. (Sound Familiar). The people rose up and stormed the Bastile which was a prison where politicals where held. This started the French Revolution. We need a revolution here in America, well not really a revolutian a restoration back to the principals of which this country was founded upon. The Consitution is a dead letter. It means nothing anymore here in America. The lawyers have perverted this most sacred document and are an affront to everyone who has fought and DIED for. "They" are traitors to the utmost and need to be dealt with as soon as possible.

If you had a real Sheriff who understood and took his oath to the Constitution serioulsy we would not have this cancer spreading across the land.  just imagine if we had a Sheriff who was actually on the peoples side. The problem with so called "law enforcement" is that "they" don't enforce the real law (The Constitution) they enforce many unconscionable and un Constitional edicts which the court decrees under the color of law.  9-11 just who are the real terrorist. I know that every time that a black and white show up in my rear view mirror I'm terrorized. Now the cops and lawyers are only doing what they can get away with. The Press is allowing them to get away with their crimes against humanity.

Here is a look at your news as seen by BULLETINMAN. Where does the time go? Time is not on our side. Our days here are definitely numbered. Decline is right on  time and if you will read the Book then you too will realize what time it is... In the mean time we must occupy until He comes. Maybe I'm just a born cynic, but the occupation doesn't appear to be going well. We the Bible believing church of Jesus Christ are slacking and shrinking back from our obligation to reprove the works of darkness. Folks the American way of life that we have enjoyed is being flushed down the toilet and we are paying for the water bill. This is because? Apathy is our greatest enemy. Well it is written there would be a great falling away and I would have to say that you have seen just that. I listened to Barrack's pastor, "they" made Jeremiah seem like a crazy man. He was right on the points about aids being created by the government and the CIA being behind the crack, this to distabilize the inner city in order to justify a military pressence. It happened in Memphis last month, Indy this month and coming to a city near you soon. The American middle class is in the crosshairs of the World Bankers and their minions the lawyers, judges, cops and COURTHOUSE clerks. These people are out to destroy the American Dream and they are doing one hell of a job. It cost me $30 for 12 gallons of gas, that is crazy. The cost of food is through the roof. How can you "attack" an organization that cares for crippled and burned children? What are they trying to cover up? Could it be the destruction of the greatest Country on the face of the earth? Could it be the end of Western Civilization the old World Order and replaced it with their New World Order? Where Judges decree and defy what the Man Jesus Christ has ordained? You see most Judges think they are God. Like that looney lady down in Texas who broke up those families and allowed the CPS of Texas to Terrorize those children. She needs to be hung. Thank GOD the Texas Supreme Court overturned her affront to America. Though thousands of people daily are denied Justice here in America because there are insidious fources conspiring to destroy this Republic. There is only just-us here in America these days. There is no more Justice and the phrase "justice for all" and "equal justice under the law" are nothing more than slogans, mere propaganda. Are you believing the lies the fascist say? All is well here, war is elsewhere, take hope this is God's land. I hate to be the profit of doom but the glory has departed from America read the cursings of Duet 28.  That is what is ahppening to America today we are cursed with a curse.  We have turned our back on God and now He will allow this nation to be turned into hell. All nations that forget God will be turned into hell. We have allowed militant homo's to take over the courts and the dfs. These people are placing good Christain children stolen from their parents into these homes of deviants. How else to you expect them to reproduce? This must be stopped.. Flip 2 - The whole child protection racket has got to be brought down. These people must be defunded or in the alternative rounded up put on trial and when found guilty of their crimes against the Constitution executed. Just about evryone who works for the depatrment of social services is in serious violation of the Constitution and thus a crisis is created  by their belligerent behaviour. They should be defunded and put out of business.  There is no need for their so called services here in America. The American people stil have rights afforded to them via the Constitution when that is ignoraed and contridicted then we have the first right to tell those who are the offedning party to cease and desist their assault on our liberty.  Should they not heed our call for them to stop their war of aggersion against the American family, then we have the 2nd right to remove them by whatever means neccessary. Now you all know that I'm not one for violence. Though I have been doing at least one BULLETIN a month for the last 12 years and guess what it's not getting any better. You ahve been warned over and over again. Still the crimes against the Citiznes countinue. You have been called out let me give you some friendly advice. When you start messing with peoples children and money that can be a very dnagerous thng. More and more people are waking up to the lies and treachoury one day very soonsome of us will have had enough. In the meantime you have an opportunity to find another line of work. A sleeping giant of a bunch of pissed of Americans is slowly waking up. When the people do wake up then it is going to be on. You see the STATE believes that they own you and your children. They believe that we are human capital. That is why " they" capitalize your name in all court proceeding banking etc, Drivers license social security..Have you ever wondered why your name is in all CAPS? It is Nomme De Gurre which is french for name of war. YOu see the US government and the STATE government believe you to be the enemy. They declared war on your grandparents back on March 9 1933. This war has been on going ever since. YOu have no Constitional rights we are under a form of Marshall Law. They just DO NOT have the balls to tell you. By decpetion thou shalt wage war is their motto. YOu se the best kind of war you can be in is a sielnt war with deadly weapons. YOu have a great tactical advantage if your enemy is to uneducated to understand that he is the target of opportuity. They are out to steal your money, sabatoge your health and destroy you and your family. Open your eyes the victims of this war are your friends neighbors and family. Not contend with mere millions of profit the oil pimps along with all their associates had to have billions to much is never enough to "them". It's all cause and effect. Hungry people don't stay hungry for long. When one is hungry or their children hungry people start doing things like burning buildings killing rich white people, especially lawyers, judges, banksters, police. Hungry people get hope from all the above. Desperate people do desparate deeds. They strap bombs on and walk into malls, banks and other places that the public gathers and blow themselves up. On April 8th the Citizens of Crystal City will have a chance to remove those who have sold out their city, county, country and fellow citizens. Four City Council positions are up for grabs and these need to be filled with poeple who realize that a Communist owned steel smelter in town is not a good idea.  The powers that be in Crystal City have elected to shove this project down the throats of the citizens of Crystal City and Jefferson County. This was such a great idea that the Mayor and the City Council and other elected leaders signed a confidental agreement that kept the citizens in the dark on this project. The following canidates are for open and transparent government. Dellam Selmon stood up when she realized what the hell is going on. She is the only incumbent who is worthy of holding on to her job. Dan Portel, Debbie McKenna and Terry Labuary are running against the status qou who want to stink up Crystal City. Vote for change in Crystal City. Speaking of elections in Festus my good ole friend Joe Bingenhiemer is running for city council in Festus. I have known him for over 30 years and he says what he means and he means what he says. He would serve the Citizens of Festus.  The filins are up for the November elections. It is so encouraging to see someone other than current Sheriff is running for the most important elected position in the County. Without a corrupt Sheriff the corrupt court and the memebers thereof can not wage their silent war on the Citizens of this great County. You see the current Sheriff enforces the evil edicts of the Court. He likes to evict families from their homes ( over 330 last year) he throws people in jail on a daily basis for money related offenses against his oath to the Consititution . He also issues  and cooperates with the division of family seperation in the destruction of the family unit. Never mind the Amada Jones matter and the brawling deputies, the 2 million in fines and cost stolen from the people.

Glen Boyer has got to go it really is that simple. If you are not part of the solution than you are the problem. Obviously Glen is not the solution. We spend over 12 million a year for what? It is time for regime change in Jefferson County as well. Glen's brother in law is Crystal City Mayor Tom Schilly. I would bet all that I have which isn't much now days that Glen and Ton are hooked up with the lodge . I know this much that they are both courting the Red Communist Chinese. If Glen where for real he would arrest his brother in law for treason along with every other memeber of Crystal City government who are bound and determined to sell out their city to the Reds.  Glen Boyer if he where for real and not a schill for the new World order would cease and desist from evicting familes from their homes. He would release every one in jail who is a non violent offender and that way we wouldn't be building more jail space. I have news for you about 1/3 of the prison population really belong there. . Of course we will be able to use that space when a real Sheriff will start rounding up the lawyers, judges and lawmakers who are attempting to sell the people down the river.  Lets face it the whole system has failed and without a corrupt Sheriff the court is stopped dead in it's tracks. The Banksters are stopped cold. The state workers who wish to bring their anti-Christ agenda to pass are derailed. The health workers who inject toxic vaccines into our children and eldery would be brought to justice.  The muncipal court of Jefferson County would be out of business and then there would be an extra 2 million floating around the county that we could get our hands on. . There is so much a good God fearing Sheriff could do. Glen Boyer for over 18 years has held the power and we still crime in this county. He has spend over 100 million of your dollars and what have you got for that? A fine a ticket, court cost. How many of you have lost property? Your marriage and your childern to the courts? How many of you have hired a lawyer to fix that problem and all you got was screwed? How many of you have ben screwed by the local bank and harrased by the PA when you write a bad check, you paot the money to the bank they steal in the form of fees and you and the person who you wrote the check to are out of luck. There is a war being waged against the American people and the agenst of the enemy are now wearing a badge and a gun. Wake up People you are the enemy in the eyes of the law.

Let me share with you this much. The people here in America are fed up and are begining to understand that they have been set up like a bowling pin. Over 80% of the poeple here in America believe that we are headed in the wrong direction. The President has less than a 20% approval rating. When Nixon quit he was at 30%. Congress even has a even a smaller % of support something like 15%. Over 1.5% of home loans are in default. Over 6 million loans have ARM's when they reset that 1.5% goes to 15% overnight. Why do you think they are building all the storage sheds and apartments? The loan sharks are given a license to steal from everyday people like you and me. Do you realize that there are over two dozen places in Jefferson County so called "payday loan" people who would have been in jail ten years ago for charging the rates they do. These predatory lenders are out to plunder the people with their partners in crime, the lawyer/legislators, banksters and cops. Lets not forget about the doctors and the drug companies who are engaging in a non-lethal war against all of us.  You are being lied to on a daily basis. Lets just lay it on the line. The reason why they cvan get away with this is that the "law" is on their side.  The courts and the media are controlled as well. The first three esates are going to do what they can get away with. The reason why they get away with their crimes is that there is no free press left in America. The press have sold out to the beast. The LEADER, journal and the TV stations would just tell the trutht the people would be informed and they would not allow such corruption. The people are in the dark and have no idea what the hell is going on. Give me control of Channel 2 for a week and there would be some big changes. I could stop the slaughter of the unborn and dismantle the machine in short order. There is a reason why the establish is lying to you.  The flouride in the water hasn't dumbed all of us down yet.  Keep in mind that there are over 100 million gun owners in this country. if 1/10th of a 1% a mere 100,000 would take up arms against those who wish to bring America into the New World Order there would be big trouble.

Well there are a lot of polticians very nervous now days since Cookie went off in Kirkwood. They should be, now I don't believe what Cookie did was right or justified. Though I do see where he was coming from. Cookie didn't have the right to hunt those people down. Had they come onto his property than it would have been another ballgame. He went and sought them out and that was wrong. The point Cookie made was this. That the hallowed halls of Justice are corrupt and when you get screwed around in the Courts, than you have no other recourse other than start a BULLETIN.  Cookie had the Constitution in his favor and did what he thought he had to do.  You can only push some people so long. I have been preaching for the last few years if you work for the defacto illegiment government than you are in a very bad place. More and more people are learning to read and that is a bad thing for all you who ignore what is written. You know it doesn't take a law degree to be able to read. This isn't brain surgery hell I got it figured out you can get it as well. I know that you like that easy paycheck and great pension plan, not to mention what you get in kickbacks and payoffs. Though the question that you have to ask is real simple. Is all that power and money worth your life? You see God is not mocked you reap what you sow. If you are running around trying to oppress your neighbor, you are going to pay one way or another.  There is a great awakening coming to America and when the people wake-up and they are broke, then it's going to hit the fan. You don't want that to happen if you are sitting in the Courthouse or Cityhall. The power is coming back to the people one way or another.Old Man Bush about 20 years ago, bragged about if the American People ever found out what they were up to they would be run down and lynched in the streets. That day is coming and I'm here to tell you to get out while the getting is good.

Well some of the BULLETIN haters are trying to terrorize  the advertisers again. It works with some though mostof them just increase their support or buy into the invisble ad program. Folks not every one who has an ad in this paper support my views. They should and I hope that they will once they do the research for themselves and realize that the American way of life is about to be flushed down the toilet. Though some people advertise in the BULLETIN just because it is very well read and simply gets their message out at an affordable price. The BULLETIN is by far the best advertising value in Jefferson County. Now I realize that the pro-smelter Nickless family is behind some of the calls. Though I also understand that there are various members of the law enforcement community who are out slandering the BULLETIN. Now that doesn't really surprise me though I just pray that they would realize that I'm only attempting to spare them from what is coming down the highway. Over 90% of the People out there realize that there is a big problem in this Country. More and more pissed off American Citizens are going to start reaching out and touching some of them.  So called Law enforcement has become the problem not the solution. I firmly believe that there are people who hold power dedicated to selling this country out.  I can make my case to any Grand Jury within a weeks notice. If I can make a case why can't the Sheriff or the PA? Well what if they are in with them? Scary thought, huh? Well wake up you are living that nightmare in modern day America. The enemy is within....Now that we all know that, will some of them heed the call to come out from among them? Or will they keep on fighting against the Truth? When will they realize that their arms are way to short to box with GOD!

Folks the government is not your friend they are the enemy. They are trying to kill you and your children. Fluoride in the water, mercury in the vaccines, chemtrails in the skies,  the police state, the economy is a fraud. Do you realize that over 80% of marriages that end in divorce are caused by finances. The whole court system has become un-American and is designed to further destroy this country. Over the last 12 years I have attempted to explain to you the average citizen just how bad things are and just how corrupt our country has become. What are you going to do about it? That is the question that you have to ask yourself. Are you going to stick your head in the sand and pretend that it isn’t happening here. Wake-up and educate yourself as to the real state of affairs here in Amerikkka. Be aware that there are people out there who want you and your children DEAD... These people are your neighbors and they are cold blooded killers who have sold their souls to Satan. For the love of money is indeed the root of all evil. These people are selling you out for filthy lucre...

Meanwhile back at the Ranch. Well it is election time again or so we are told. BULLETINMAN is obvioulsy not happy about the direction of the County and the Country. I'm praying about running for office once again in an attempt to change the direction that we are headed.  I have a few concerns before I through my name in the hat. My number one concern is can you get a fair election in this country/county anymore? I really don't think you can. BULLETINMAN has learned a lot over the years, I ran for Sheriff in 2000 back in St. Francois County. I believe that election was stolen from me.  Within the year of my running I spent 30 days in their jail on trumped up BS contempt of court charges. I also ran for Councilman in Piedmont back in 2006. In that election I  only got 7 votes, the night of the election I was arrested for crossing the RR tracks. I ended up spending 14 days in their custody and charged with a felony assault  after I was beaten. So it seems that everytime I attempt to run and ruffel some feathers, "they" always want to fight back. Though we all know that "they" can't fight and win on a level playing field. So I really don’t even know if I’m willing to go through all of that again. Though I do know this much that change is coming one way or another. The people are crying out for relief and those who hold the power are not listening. Last month I spoke of the people starting to take matters into their own hands. That is exactly what happened in Kirkwood. You didn’t read/hear/see anything about Cookie being arrested in Clayton about a month before the shooting went down. He was there peacefully protesting and was hassled by the Clayton PD three times before they took him in on a warrant, that when it was all said and done was takin care of a year ago. There was no warrant they just wanted him off the street. They took away that right of his as well.
If I where to run than I would run for Sheriff, though 1st District Commish could be obtained. I really feel that if you had free and fair elections here in America, it would be a clean sweep. Though I really believe you have a better chance of getting a fair election in Cuba. At least they don’t pretend there. You have only one choice.

BULLETINMAN.  Happy New Year 2008, hard to believe isn’t it? Could this be the year that Humpty Dumpty falls off the wall? Folks it can’t belong until it all falls apart. The cracks are in the walls and the floor is begining to shake. I think that we are headed for a whole lot of trouble. Most of us have led a pretty good life so far we haven’t seen hard times yet here, though hard times are on the horizon and the winds of change are blowing across our beloved Republic. The question I have to ask, is are you ready? It’s all about the money, the love of money is indeed the root of all evil.  The economy is crashing as you read this that dollar in your pocket is getting more worthless by the day. America is bankrupt and the squeeze is on. The vast majority of the American people are begining to feel the squeeze it just gets harder and harder to make it on a daily basis. I have been looking for the restoration of American for a long. I believe in this country what it is supposed to be about. Though we have been sold out by the powers that be and now we the American people are begining to feel the pain. It is all about the money and when enough people wake up to the fact that you are attempting to play monoply with the parker brothers there is no way you can win, you are a fool for even playing. That is when parker brothers decides it is in their best interest to seek cover.  There is a war against the American People being waged daily in the courtrooms and banks how long will you have to suffer. The American Dream has become a nightmare and it won’t be long until you awake to a living hell.  BULLETINMAN would like to see a few changes this year. These changes are only going to come about when it all goes down and you wake up one morning and everything you worked for  saved for is up in smoke.  Inside you will find BULLETINMAN’s New Years Resolution’s.  As I write this BULLETIN, the stock market is going down and the American economy and our way of life is about to go over the cliff. I have warned you, I have tried to prepare you. Now it is coming to pass..

My number one resolution this year is the restoration of the American Republic. Now how am I going to do this, it really is a question of education. What I have to do is just educate the people as to what is really going on here in America. Over the last 12 years thousands of people here in Jefferson County and across Eastern Missouri have been awaken to the fact that there is a 10,000 pound elephant in the living room. We here in BULLETINLAND have to redouble our efforts and reach out more and more to the people. We are going to double the number of hard copies of the BULLETIN and I’m about to launch a massive advertising campaign to promote BULLETINMAN.COM. We are in the works of putting together a BULLETINMAN Radio Broadcast which will start out on the internet, by the end of the year we will have a MircoRadio Station which will cover Southern Jefferson County. What I attempt to do is help you connect the dots has to what is going on and how close we are to the return of Jesus.  There is just so much information out there which you are not going to find if you count on the other media. We are the only true alternative source of Media in Jefferson County. You will find out stuff in the BULLETIN that “they” don’t have the guts to tell you. My second goal of 2008 is to see that a good God fearing Sheriff elected in Jefferson County. God Bless Glen Boyer but 16 years is enough. He has been compromised time and time again. He is part of the problem not the solution. I want to see a Sheriff who will actually uphold his oath to the Constitution. If Sheriff Boyer was for real he would release everyone in jail who is being held for money. He would stop issue of all permits concerning firearms. He would call a grand jury and start hearings concerning the lawyers who have run amok and have stolen our Republic. BULLETINMAN will support any candidate that actually realizes what is really going on here in America. It just takes one God Fearing Sheriff who will take his oath seriously to turn back the tide of tyranny. We have given Oliver some 16 years and over 100 million dollars, still we have crime unsolved, what happen to Amada Jones, have the deputies in House Springs ever been arrested much less charged? When the city of Crystal City was shredding documents over the Smelter mess and the JCSD was called did Boyer even respond? No he had a conflict of interest. if Tom Schilly killed someone would Glen not respond because he is Glen’s brother in law?

Another resolution of mine this year is do something about these banker’s. I would like to cause a run on one or two banks here in Jefferson County. The biggest crooks in town are the bankers. They really need to be put in their place. It is time that we the people wake up to the fact that banks just create the money and you are subject to the greatest fraud in the history of the world.
Last year the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department evicted over 300 families from their property which was stolen by the bankers. If you had a real Sheriff would he be evicting familes from their properties? Would the Sheriff be arresting people for writing bad checks, when the people pay the money to the bank and then that is stolen in fees and service charges. Thus the merchant or person who accepted the check gets shafted and the one who wrote the check get further in the hole and if they can’t pay well then they are going to jail...How about drunk driving checkpoints? What happen to the 4th amendment? Your papers please, so Nazi Germany isn’t it..We have gotten so far away from what is written in the Constitution and justice is so far removed that we the people have been put in the crosshairs. The so called war on terror and war on drugs are a fraud and specifically designed to divorce the American people from their God givin rights. Guess what it is working. Writing of Divorce BULLETINMAN would like to see the courts attempt to preserve the family, but once you realize that the #1 goal of the Communist is to destory the family. If you destroy the family then you destroy the Republic. The whole thing is so sinister that one can’t begin to comprehend just how evil these people are. The enemy is within and this year BULLETINMAN resolves to shed more light on our enemy and expose these little cockaroaches for what they really are.  Though my number one resolution this year is to be at peace as much as possible. The way I look at this is real simple. We have God given rights in this Country. The first right we have is freedom of speech to reason with those who we feel our stealing our rights. Right here and now I’m putting all the Judges, Cops, Bankers, Politicians and their employees on notice that they are in direct violation of their oath to defend this Republic from all enemies, foreign and domestic. If you have taken this oath and can’t understand what I’m talking about then pick up the phone and call me. I will explain more in detail where we the people are coming from. You have no excuse for ignornace, the people are speaking and you are not listening. We are saying that you have been caught with your pants down and we demand that you quit while you are ahead. Plan B is coming down the road and I really don’t think that you realize just how painful that plan is.

Meanwhile back at the ranch,   Plan B is the second right that we still enjoy here in America. We can forcefully remove those who are in violation of their oath if they don’t repent and return to what is written in the Consitution. Yes we have a right to start gunning those down who are selling us out. No one ever talks about #2 but it is a right and the way it is all going down it might have to be excercised. Now you all know that I’m not one for violence. I have held my peace for a long time. Though the time is coming when we quit writing and start fighting. Time is short and the endgame is upon us. We are in very perilouis times and we the people are screaming for relief and remedy to the problems at hand. We have wrote and talked about the problem. I have showed you time and time again what the problem is. Will the people in power listen? Please for the love of God take very seriously what I’m writing about. The system is broken and needs to be fixed. Can it be fixed in a peaceful means? I pray LORD how I pray. Though rest assured the case has been made against those in power and shoud they not listen then one day they will force Plan B. I resolve not to go to Plan B until all avenues of recourse have been exhausted.
Did you happen to see the RFT from 1-18-08, the headline read Crystal City forges one hell of a deal. This was the best article I have seen concerning the Smelter issue. Chad Garrison did a great job. I encourage you to check it out. Jim Kennedy made a statement to the effect that if he knew that 10% of the people in Crystal City where against this problem than he would have pulled out a long time ago. So we only have to get about 400 people to tell Jim that he is wrong and he will get out town. I e-mailed Jim and he did get back with me, that was nice of him.  I did speak with Ron Casey and Ron is concerned about the Smelter though he is not willing to step on anyones toes and has enough faith in the system that it will all work out. I pray that Ron is right. Mr. Casey is a true public servant and I’m sure that he will do the right thing when the time comes.

The media my sick brothers and sisters in the main stream media that is, you know the Leader, KJFF, FOX (go ye and tell that fox) don't tell you the whole story. You will never hear that the Banks are a scam, the lawyers and judges are beyond corrupt. The cops are no good. You are not going to be told the truth. The main stream media is not paid to tell you the truth. They are paid to lie.  You really can't handle the truth, most people blow a circuit once they realize just how far this thing really has gone and they freak out when they realize just where this world is headed. We are in for a whole lot of trouble very shortly, if we the people don't wake up and remove all those who have sold the people of this country out.  This country is going to crash and burn, you and I are going to be the victims.  The establishment has got to pull off another 9-11 because the truth is coming out about what really happened on September 11th 2001.  You see a funny thing about the truth is that it always comes out. The lip of truth shall previal but a lying tounge is for a moment. The truth about the real state of affairs here in the New Amerika 9-11 Nazi Police State is becoming crystal clear to the masses of we the people. Speaking of the police state. The Sheriff's department had their Christmas party the Friday the 7th over at the VFW in Crystal City and I noticed that there wasn't a road block over on St. Pius Drive, you would think that if they wanted to catch some drunk drivers that would have been a good place. Though I guess that would have been counter-productive huh. Just who is supposed to police the police? Well the way it was supposed to work is that you the people would, because you were informed by a real press. Well the only thing that even comes close to a real press here in Jefferson County is right here. I only do a thousand of these and have a few hundred people a day spot by the website. I'm it folks, you are not going to find anyone else there who sells ads for a living telling you the real story.  I love my brothers and sisters in law enforcement. I want them to know that they are no longer enforcing the real law of the land, the Constitution. They are acting under color of law or adminstrative law. Which really isn't law. So they are living a lie. The people realize just who the real enemy is. I and thousands of people just like me a scared of the police. I'm terrorized when a cop gets in my rear view mirror. Throughout the day I don't look for Osama Bin Bush or some Islamofascist crazed arab, I'm looking for Mr. Policeman because evrry time I encounter him it cost me either time or money and some time both.  Here is where the rubber mets the road. You see the cops protect the bankers and the courts.  When you loan your neighbor a cup of sugar, you go and get some of yours and give it to him, hoping he will return the favor some day. As a normal human being, you cannot loan what you don’t have. That’s pretty obvious.  A bank, however, is a special creature. It is legally authorized to create what it loans you right then and there on the spot. Any funds credited to your loan account by the bank are immediately counted as part of your country’s money supply.  In other words, the bank parts with nothing of its own - but you now legally “owe” the bank the amount money you just borrowed. Neat, isn’t it? The bank now has a legal right to your future productivity as either an individual or business earning money in return for what is essentially - nothing. That means the money you just borrowed has no real existence, no real value, other than your promise to "repay". That promise is what the bank now carries on its books as an “asset.”  There is another way to look at this.  The “money” that circulates throughout individual countries and the global economy is a legal fiction, backed up only by the issuing government’s license to the banks allowing them to create it in this fashion while at the same time giving banks the legal right to enforce your promise to repay against you in a court of law.  Physical cash (i.e., coins and central bank notes) circulating only constitutes a very small fraction of the total money supply, usually about five to ten percent. Most money circulates in electronic form, transferred by checks or EFT technology.  Now, guess what the issuing government receives as its consideration (a legal term for counter-promise) in this bargain?  The issuing government essentially gets a perpetual blank check from the central bank.  The central banks get authority to operate by promising the government in question that they will loan the government whatever “money” it needs to pay its ever-rising bills (at interest, of course).  That way, the banks make both us as individuals as well as our national government their debtors.  You and I, on the other hand, are promised by our government that we will be able to spend this debt. They do this by passing and enforcing a law that requires anyone to whom we offer this debt-money in payment for any debt to accept it - or else the debt is wiped out. The legal term for our offer is called a tender of payment (not “payment” itself). Hence the phrase “legal tender”. If this place were a corporation we would have been dissolved long ago-but we actually are the United States Incorporated, not the nation with a Constitution that was supposed to be "of, by and for the people." Of course the church has allowed this coup to take place. If the pulpit was alive and telling the truth then the people would understand that our rights come from God and not man. The STATE has taken the place of GOD and now the God of this world has come to steal, kill and destory. We are in grave danger here in America. Our country has been taken over by a bunch of devil worshippers who are hell bent on selling this country out to the New World Order. We the people are in the cross hairs and daily we are shot at and wounded. We the People need to demand accountability from those who have been elected to serve our best interest. Alvin Hunt in Festus was found dead over a month ago, I haven’t heard why or how he died. The police can’t figure it out either. There was a double murder in Festus. The suspect beat down a couple in the hotel parking lot dumped their bodies about a mile away and then walked into Wal-Mart to buy new clothes because he was covered in blood. He then drove out of town..What is wrong with this picture? If you walk into wal-amrt to buy some cold pills the cops are all over you, though you can walk in covered with blood and that doesn’t raise any suspicion? We spend a lot of money on so called law enforcement but the question I have is are you really getting what you paid for? Of course your not. The police are only concerned about raising revenue and they don’t give a flying %^$# about your safety. Here is a look at your news as seen by BULLETINMAN. Well it’s that time again. The elections where held early last week and Nelson Tenney beat out Jeff Crisel for the Republican nod for Sheriff. Now I knew Jeff and I have met Nelson. I have tried to call him a few times and offer my support though he hasn’t got back with me yet. Anyone would be better than Oliver "Glenn" Boyer the current Sheriff. Need I remind you about the Amada Jones case, the drunken bar fighting deputies, the thousands of people Glen has evicted from their houses. The hundreds of people that he jails for the crime of not having enough money. His refusal to do anything about his Shyster Brother in Law Tom Schilly who wants to put a big air polluting smelter on the river in Crystal City and give the Communist Chinese a port right in the middle of America. Once again you have a lot of just-us and very little justice.The Sheriff holds a lot of power and he could use that power to make the lives of the people much better. He choices to use that power to harrass and terrorize the hard working citizens of this great county. I know anyone who has been in power for 16 years and you still have major crimes unsolved you are the problem. This man has spent over 200 million of your hard earned dollars fighting crime and the last I checked we still have a lot of it. I know for a fact that at least a half a dozen crimes would be solved if they would just look the suspects way. Why do they turn a blind eye? The Amanda Jones matter in and of itself is reason enough to remove this person, it will have been three years by the time you read this and still the person who committed the crime is still free. Why? I’ll tell you why because some people must be getting paid. The corruption is everywhere and it is high time that we the people take the power back. One way or another we have got to get the power back to the People. Daily you hear something about the police beating up innocent people and you hear of people going to jail just because. When they don’t do that then they are in violation of the original law of the land. That makes them traitors and we all know what should happen to traitors, don’t we? You see it is all written down and when "they" don’t go by the book than we the people have the power to throw the book at them. You must understand that "they" govern @ our consent. I for one no longer consent to the criminals that now run our country. I really doubt that you could find 1 out of 10 people who now back our government. Out of that 10% who are getting paid for the opinion. The time has come that we the people exercise our God given rights that the government is supposed to protect. Today the government calls evil good and good evil. Today our elected leaders have hijacked our Republic and are doing their best to change our Republic to a Democracy which according to the 1923 US Army manual is the worse form of government leading always to anarchy. So we the people have to take the power back. We gave and we can take it back. Did you see the opening ceremony for the Olympics? Those Chinese are something else. We are in big trouble here in America. China is the largest holder of our debt tin the world. I would not want to be him or Tom Schilly these people are very serious about their money and the best I can tell is that Mr. Kennedy is on the hook for at least 300 million dollars. I would not want to be him. The sad thing about this whole deal had Kennedy and Schilly just been up front with the people, hell they might have been able to pull it off. But NO they had to lie and deceive and attempt to keep secrets. Don’t they realize that everything that is done in darkness is evil? God doesn’t keep secrets, Jesus did not speak in secret. So why the secrecy? Well the deal must be evil. I really think that turning Crystal City into Grainte City is pretty dam evil, I told care how many jobs it will bring. Had Mr. Kennedy just told the truth he might have been able to sell this to the people. Now the only ones who will ever benefit from this deal are the lawyers. Though isn’t that they way it suppose to work? Lawyers rule here in this New World. Nelson Tenney called me back. Nelson is fed up with all the money being spent on the Sheriff’s department. Nelson knows that he can get more out of your hard earned tax dollars. Nelson is out to shake up the status qou and make law enforcement more efficient. He doesn’t have any law enforcement experience thus he hasn’t been brain washed with all their propaganda. Nelson did serve in Vietnam and he has been in business for himself for over 40 years. He is a no non sense straight shooter who isn’t afraid to fight against all criminals, not just some. I will have more on Nelson on the website in the next few weeks. I know of very few police officers, court workers, judges, state DFS worker, DOR workers etc. who can honestly say that they honor and respect the Constitution. It doesn’t take a lawyer to be able to read and understand common English. We the people can’t understand English? Of course we have a problem with Spanish. Though for our Spanish speaking invaders you can learn all about the Court system here in America with the Spanish forms provided by the Circuit Court. Another thing that really pisses me off is the fact that most of the people now being held at the County Jail are there for nonviolent offenses and are being held for money. LLE are now just a tool of the Banksters. Seven years ago most people could not comprehend that there are traitors in our government who would not have a problem killing a few thousand people to get what they are after. Though if you look at the circumstances and the outcome of those you can come to no other conclusion that we the people have been sold out by our government. That is a sad fact that we all must face. The main stream media has allowed those who now hold the power to rape the citizens of not only this once great Republic but people around the world as well. Even Larry Rice doesn’t have the balls to tell the American People the truth. There are plenty of movies out there on the internet that lay it all out for you. 9-11 was no doubt an inside job. If the people really knew just how far it has gone and how bad it has gotten perhaps they would demand accountability from those who are supposed to serve the people. Since that day we have lived under a state of emergency where the executive branch of the government has made null and void the protections afforded to the citizens of the States of the united states of America. The Constitution of these united states has been suspended. The only problem with all of this is that the government hasn’t told the people that they are indeed the enemy. Just like the Devil for that is who controls these people in the government We are living a lie! The Devil indeed is a liar and the father of all lies. The Constitution of the united states of America is a dead letter and is not being enforced in this once great Republic. Since 9-11-01 the war has become more apparent to the people. With the passing of the so called Patriot act and a host of other unconstitutional bills passed by the present administration. The real Patriots of this country are those who fight daily to inform and educate the American people has to the real state of affairs in this country. Those who now hold the power in this country are usurpers, rogue traitors who have stolen their positions of trust and masquerade has lawful office holders. All of our elected leaders have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution of the state and the usA and I’m sad to report very few do. Very few realize and take seriously their oath. That also makes these people perjurers and traitors to the Republic. For the last 4,400 days I have called upon the people in power to come clean and live up to their promise. To tell the truth about our predatory financial system that feast upon the impoverished and uneducated. That through inflation has stolen most of the wealth of the American citizens. The Federal Reserve System is the root of all are ills here in America. A false balance is indeed an abomination to the LORD. The American people have been so deceived and deluded over the last 100 years that most don’t realize that this country has become a habation of all kinds of demons. We have turned our backs on the living LORD Jesus Christ. He made us the most prosperous people in all of history and we now just mock and laugh at him. Vote for everyone who isn’t already in office. The most important part of the election is the race for Sheriff. The Sheriff is the baddest man in the land. The local Sheriff has every right to enforce the provisions of the Constitution. If you had a real Sheriff than you wouldn’t have all the Bullshit going down in this County. How many people have been scammed out of millions of dollars and their living by planning and zoning and solid waste laws. The man running against Sheriff Boyeris Nelson Tenney. Nelson was forced out of business by the County. Nelson is one of thousands who have been screwed by Sheriff Boyer and his treasonous acts of going along to get along. Nelson doesn’t really want to the Sheriff but he felt that someone had to stand up to the evil of the present day. Nelson is a fire baptized Holy Ghost filled Born again Believer in Jesus Christ and he won’t be bought. Nelson is out their own his own. The do nothing Jefferson County Republicans have done nothing for Mr. Tenney and I say shame on Mr and Mrs Englebach and all the other Republicans who won’t do anything to upset the status qou. I know I have run for Sheriff my self I realize that the whole two party system is a fraud. My own party members fought harder against me than my opponent. I did manage to however get $250 out of them, which was 1% of the amount I spent to unseat Mr. Bullock in St. Francois County. Folks the only way that we can get the job done peacefully is turn out en mass on November 4th and vote to throw them all out. Pray that the elections are then not stolen has we have seen so frequently in the past. It is time to take it to the streets and bring the power back to the people.

I want to know the addresses of all the Sheriff’s departments employees and I also want to know just who is in there "jail" and what heinous crime that have committed. Have you ever seen the Jefferson County Top Ten list. It should be the Top Three list. There is a murderer though he looks to be like an illegal alien (had the Sheriff arrested this man for being here illegally who he killed would still be alive) There are a couple of sex crime offenders. Everyone else on that list wouldn’t make the top one thousand in St. Louis County. How many people sitting at the Hillsboro Hilton are there because they don’t have any money to pay the man! Do you realize that the Sheriff has a budget of over 11 million a year. They have some 200 cars though they have less than 50 deputies on duty at any one time. This to cover 660 square miles and 225,000 people. The biggest crooks are located within a block of their offices on Maple street in Hilsboro. The Courthouse. The dollar amount of crimes pales in comparison to all others. In one day at the Courthouse you might have 6 houses foreclosed (stolen) which each house being worth 80 grand. That is $500,000. How many other crimes committed in Jefferson County are worth that amount of money? Chuck Banks called me back (the 13) a holiday for some but not Chuck I told him my problem with Ralph and Glen not getting back with me. He told me that he would check into my request but the vibe I got was that "they" don’t want me to know where the employees live and "they" don’t want me to know just who is "their" jail. Well since we the people are paying for all these ongoing criminal enterprises, shouldn’t we know after all we paid for it didn’t we? Abe Linclon, McKinley and Kennedy where all gunned down. The system has failed and you are about to be stuck paying for it.
