Now my whole point and purpose of writing you at your home is to give you a chance to do the right thing It is something you need to share with the family, before all Heaven or hell (depending on which side you are on the choice is yours; chose wisely) breaks lose in Hillsboro. This is a personal communication you might say I’m on a mission from GOD. Ezekiel 33 KJV only. I’m commanded to do this by the Word of the LORD. Consider this your sign. You got a problem you will be taking it up with HIM. The writing is on the wall and the warrant as well. I’m just trying to do God’s will. I got a Word straight from the Throne. You got to give them up Forrest! If I can find you I’m sure a few of the ten thousand that despise and loathe you and your ilk, could do the same. If I were in your shoes I would want to be right and ready at all times. People are down right crazy these days. When they lose it all that is when they lose it. Lot of folks are losing it all my friend? It isn’t getting any better. Here in the real world there is heat in the street. The Natives are getting restless. Am I your enemy because I speak Truth? Forrest I have spoke with you one time, don’t even know you really, well to be honest over the last few months I have got to know a lot about your office though I would like to chat in person some time. Maybe we can sit down one day? Be friends what I do I do for those who love to live. Do you love to live my friend? I hope so because there is Eternal life and the great thing about it is that you get to chose. That is some good news isn’t it?
I just wanted to give you a heads up as to what is coming down the road toward you and your kind, trying to be your Bulletin buddy. I’ve been doing some research on a few cases that are in your office. First of all I will deal with the Murderer who teaches at Jeffco. Why is Mr. Westfall not in jail? I heard that he paid Mr. Roberts a whole lot of money and since Mr. Roberts handles your money, he was the Treasurer of your 06 campaign was he not? Makes you want to say hmm. Forrest it don’t look good, abstain from every appearance of evil. Brother if one of my ex wives came up missing I would be in jail on day one. Indeed it is only circumstantial but most of the times circumstance’s do not lie. If you want to lock someone up you can do it. You can always play the “mental health” card. Who else had method, motive means and opportunity? Come on, do you not have any children? Do you not know what it feels like to lose a child? Have you no heart? Just think about what her parents are going through. Do the right thing Forrest and charge Mr. Westfall. If you need help putting the case together, I’ll lend a hand. I could be your friend.
Now on to the Meth taskforce, well maybe we should first define what a crime is. You have to know this though lets review. Corpus delicti (plural: corpora delicti) (Latin: "body of crime") is a term from Westernjurisprudence which refers to the principle that it must be proven that a crime has occurred before a person can be convicted of committing the crime. For example, a person cannot be tried for larceny unless it can be proven that property has been stolen. Likewise, in order for a person to be tried for arson it must be proven that a criminal act resulted in the burning of a property. Black's Law Dictionary (6th ed.) defines "corpus delicti" as: "the fact of a crime having been actually committed." (side bar, Amanda is missing thus there is a loss)
So I have to ask you all just what is a crime? I was always under the impression unless the act caused injury, loss or harm it wasn’t a crime. Now I realize that concept is not good for business though it is good for justice. I understood that there is has to be a victim in order to be a crime. I realize that the so called “Meth Problem” is indeed a problem. Though it is well known that you can not legislate morality. Meth is a spiritual problem and only a spiritual solution will solve the so called problem. You have to realize that your Body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit. You have to have a change of heart. The STATE can only make money off of so called moral laws. It does not solve the problem, it license them for profit. The war on drugs is a war on the Bill of Rights and the Freedom that my Father and Grandfather fought for. Millions of America’s have died for our Constitution and the principals of liberty and justice for all, not just-us.
I have only spent a few hours looking into your “Meth Bust” and to be honest with you, I believe if I were to review all 200 cases from 09 I would bet that at least a third are dirty. I hear that you all stole 65 children in January. Do you think the People are going to put up with the lies and bs forever? No they are not. I understand that every Meth bust results in a check for the Feds. Indeed the love of money is the root of all evil. The tyranny of good intentions is easy to sell. Maybe the Meth war is wage with good intentions "But the Constitution protects us from our own best intentions. It divides power among sovereigns and among branches of government precisely so that we may resist the temptation to concentrate power in one location, as an expedient solution to the crisis of the day.” A Scalia. Didn’t you take an oath to uphold the Constitution? Then why do you wage war against God, the People and the document which is supposed to secure our God given rights. Not take them! On or before Tuesday March 16th another criminal indictment will be brought forth from the “People”. Now I believe it was a year or so ago I ask you to look into the Ottie Mae matter and you blew that off. Well Ben is now dead and so is Ottie, had you acted they both would most likely still be alive. So that is now the blood of three people on your hands. Oh lets not forget about Bobbie Brown pushing Mr. Culp? into the Mississippi last summer when the lighting struck the boat and propelled Walter into the Big Muddy without a life jacket. Yea I hear that Mr. Culp was into Bobbie for a couple of grand over his heroin habit. Not to mention Bobbie was screwing his wife. Seriously I could go on all night long.
This evening there is 33 year old mother in fear for her life. There are hundreds if not thousands in this county who are terrorized by your office over victimless crimes while murderers walk free. That isn’t Kosher my friend. The reason why this Mother who can’t live with her child because of your “special operations” cowers in fear this now morning is because her attorney Ted Guberman dicked her down on a Court setting. She handed that Coked out Bastard over 2K and he can’t walk across the street? Now you have a $7, 000 cash only bond on a “victimless crime”. That is the stuff revolutions are made of, you realize that don’t you. You make peaceful change impossible you make violence inevitable. You need to really look deep inside yourself and realize that there is a Monster in there. Though I’m sure that there is a gentle loving caring man as well. The Monster feeds on greed and money, thus he is always bigger until you realize that indeed there is good and evil in each one of us. It is about choices my friend. Like a paranoid been up for 6 days meth cooker is going to leave all the stuff lying around, when they got $6,000 of meth ready to go. Living in a rented trailer? Unbelievable on it’s face not to even mention the following. In the ST v GRIFFIN a crime was alleged to occur though in order for their to be a crime there has to a specific injury and a party that caused that injury. The only injury loss and harm as occurred to GRIFFIN by this malicious prosecution. Perhaps the Court could define who is the injured party in this matter? It would appear to the People the only crime committed is the manufactured charges by HARVEY etal; GRIFFIN has indeed been injured bruise on her leg, door kicked in, home invaded by people wearing mask. GRIFFIN has suffered loss by having to obtain now three lawyers who have stolen over $7,000 in so called “legal fees”. GRIFFIN has had irreparable harm done to her and her family. It would appear to the People that the body of the crime is in the Taskforce trunk. Let us pray the Court can see the real criminals in this matter and has the courage to stand up and do the right thing at least every once in a while? If the Court choices to “not-see” that would make Court just as culpable and a party to this Conspiracy to obstruct justice, you will be just as guilty. Just who has been injured, endured loss and suffered harm? That is just a part of the Indictment which is going to be presented to you on the 16th. If you refuse to act against I would hope and pray, these few “Rogue” Officers. May 1st , May Day you might call it we the people will convene our own “Grand Jury” Independent of your office and the focus of this of course will be your dereliction of duty. So lets be friends you dismiss and I might be able to convince them not to sue you and your buddy the Sheriff. You know the guy you called when you and I believe it was Butch Lucas got pulled over not to long ago I believe within the year. Yea Forrest even some of your people spill the beans. They don’t like the pornography either my friend. You have run a few off with your lewd and lascivious conduct. I understand the world is going to hell though the good news is that you don’t have to go with it. Simple as doing the right thing and asking Jesus to forgive you for all the harm that your misdeeds have done, I know Brother I have to ask for forgiveness all to often. It’s a battle, you are supposed to have some integrity though. “Crazy” Bulletinman don’t care about what people think. I’m telling the truth and at least trying to do the right thing. God will do the rest. I have agape LOVE for you and all lawyers, I’m just out to savethelawyers.org, don’t want to see you or your “friends” end up in hell.
So let my people go, Jesus dropped the charges and you should too. You think this is a game? You will recall this over and over as you and your family burn in hell separated from a loving GOD who gave His only Son that you might live on forever in the portals of glory. All you had to do is make the right choice. Here is the deal Forrest you drop all the criminal charges pending against Ms. Griffin and let the Feds take it up if they really believe that these “poor people” are big time cookers. It all goes away and there is peace in the valley. Though if you want to try I’ll take on all comers, it’s up to me to do the right thing the rest is up to GOD. The victory is already won. Fall upon the Rock before the Rock falls on you grinding you to powder just like those 10,000 + pills it would take to make that amount of meth. Are you holding back evidence do you have receipts? Did they have a drum sent in from India? I guess you have something other than the creditability of some drug lying ass hippy cops? Who by the way refuse to call me back and defend themselves, like little kids caught with their hand in the jar, I see and know nothing.
Please for the love of GOD just take care of the Jones and Griffin matter. We will be cool then. If you want a war of words we can bring it and we will bring right to the courthouse sidewalk. I really believe that we can clog up your court system in short order as we educate the people through print, signs and digital media their rights and what a crime really is. We might be able to convince a few of the benefits of a trial or two. Imagine if we could only get 15% to stand up and be tried why we might have a 24 hour round the clock Court. Remember those ants out number you a thousand to one. Chose wisely my friend, the “bird is in your hand”. Do you know the Gerry Spence Bird close? How to Argue and Win every time you got to read it. Maybe when we are “friends” and “brothers” in the LORD JESUS CHRIST (worthy to be capitalized) I’ll share with you my security secrets. I’m tired though my work for the day is done.
